Using for Halloween costume, needed another pack to fill out look, wish there was a pay to ship faster option.

This product comes from China and takes forever to arrive. Once received this is what I got (see attached). The feather are curled up at the ends, which is supposed to be the beautiful part of the feathers. it seems like the feathers are bleached, because the stem is dark. Also, it seems like the bleaching process damages the feathers itself because there are areas that have no feathers. The feathers are not pretty and not what's in their ad photo. I placed the in a white sheet so that the color can be compared.
