Natrol Biotin Beauty 5,000 mcg, 250 Fast Dissolve Tablets

This is now my second bottle of the fast dissolve biotin, so needless to say I've been using it long enough to see if it works. It does! I originally started taking this because I wanted to really strengthen my nails and really grow them. They were always breaking very easily. Since I've started using this my nails have gotten so long I actually have to file them down now! They aren't breaking either, though I do use other products that help with that.My hair has been growing faster too! I love that because I had cut it shorter a while back and it was taking forever to grow back. A while after I started taking this (you don't see results right away, btw) I noticed that my hair was growing quicker. Only drawback is that it's not just the hair on your head that grows faster. I have to shave more often now.I only take one tablet a day, but may test out two to see if I can get even better results. I like the taste of it as well, it's as if I'm sucking on a piece of candy.. kind of like smarties or something along those lines. Overall I like this a lot and will continue to purchase it as I begin to run low.

These taste great in my opinion. They seem to work and the price is great. This is my second purchase and I would buy again.

I have used these off and on for years. I usually just chew them. They taste great. My hair grows longer as do my nails. I swear by these. Love them!!

I purchase the Natrol Biotin 5000mcg and think it works great, BUT I find that the old cherry flavored dissolved better than the strawberry does. I've been taking it for the past 3-4 years and my nails can attest to the quality of this Biotin. They used to split constantly and after taking one 5000mcg Biotin per day for 6 months, the splitting stopped and they were very strong and healthy. This is one supplement that I make sure not to slack off on taking. :-)

As a post rny patient biotin is one of those things I need extra of and dissolving ones really help. They are tasty so that helps even more.

This stuff literally makes my eyelashes longer. This is the second time I've bought it and it isn't as effective as the first lot, but I have a 1/4 inch spot on my lower right lash line that only gets a few lashes and even those look sort of twisted. The Natrol biotin allows more lashes to grow and they look like normal lashes. On top of that, my other lashes became longer. It was truly an unexpected benefit! If I skip the biotin for a while, my lash line returns to its "normal" state of few stubby lashes. I'm going to keep taking it.

I take this supplement to help with hair loss. I take chemo pills weekly to treat my autoimmune disease, and the pills have caused excess hair falling out. Since I have been taking this biotin supplement, I don't lose so much hair anymore! It was noticeable after the first week. I no longer saw clumps of hair going down the drain during my showers. I've been taking Biotin for almost a year now. Also, Natrol's Biotin are sublingual and taste delicious!Even my son (who's 13) loves to take them daily. He was ill, taking various medications which was causing a lot of his hair to fall out, and I decided to have him try it. Again, within a few days, we both noticed a difference and he's no longer "shedding"!
