This steamer works well and is easy to use. I especially like the fact that the cord retracts into the steamer's base.

I’ve been researching steamers for a while. Some had so many features others seemed simple and lightweight. Confused I bought nothing!After seeing this product on instagram I figured “Why not? Give it a try! I’ve got nothing to lose!”I’m so happy I did. After reading the very concise instructions (it’s that simple to use!)here’s what I found:Pros:1) It heated up in less than 2 minutes!2) A quick steam in the front and back of the shirt and my garment went from unwearable to wearable!!3) Lightweight. Great for creased clothing just removed from suitcases.4) Great price, modern designCons:Not really a con if this specific steamer but ALL steamers:There’s no crease down the center of pants and shirts. I would need to use a conventional iron for that.Conclusion:I’ve never tried the $200 ones, but now that I tried this, why would I?

Works great! I love the retractable cord! The only thing that would be even nicer about it is a slightly larger water tank.

This steamer is very easy to use & has done a great job so far. Have used on dress pants & blouses. Made steam very quickly. Love the retractable cord! Comes with a nice storage bag too! Highly recommend.

Heats quickly and works well. This is my first streamer so nothing else to compare it to. I would prefer the filling hole to be larger and the cord a bit longer but minor preferences.

The first few times I used it it worked good. Just used it, turned it off to refill and the switch will not turn back on. The switch popped out a little, I gently pushed it back in and now it is jammed, won't go to the on or off position and I'm afraid to plug it in and try to use it because I don't want to get shocked. Not made well I guess.

Worked good at first. Never drop or bang. It starts to get hot in the hand and leaks water. Very unsafe.

Love it for touch ups instead of getting out ironing board. Two outstanding features are the retractable cord and that it shuts off if you walk away or are distracted.
