This is a great starting point!
I've discussed the idea of starting my own food truck with friends and this book gave me a lot of good insight into the various brands of vehicles used in the food truck industry. I didn't even know which companies manufactured the trucks or what to look for until I picked up this book. Overall, it has been really helpful to me!

This book sucks. There is some information among the 68 pages...most of which are full page pictures, but what information is in there is completely obvious to anyone serious about opening a food truck. This book should be titled "Some things to think about if your kinda serious about opening a food truck."I'm blown away that it's about the same price as "The Food Truck Handbook: Start, Grow and Succeed" by David Weber. That is the book you're looking for. This guy is trying to get rich quick. I bet he puts together a series of books for all type of topics he has no expertise in. "Dildo Buyers Guide" "Chainsaw Maintenance" "How to write crappy books and get paid" <---This one he's probably got some good experience in.Returned

Glad I read this!
This book had the best information I could find about food trucks. It goes into detail covering the manufacturers as well as equipment and interiors.
