The book is broken up into categories/chapters. So it’s easy to just dive into what you want. Recommend to any home cook, chef, and or line cook.

Very good book. Nice addition to my over 2500+ cookbook library.

Here's the problem with this book - the font size and the fact that many of the recipes are printed on a dark colored background and it's nearly impossible to read them! Such a drag because it makes the book utterly useless.
