My 11 year old loves it!
This bike was a gift for my 11 year old back in April who was about 5ā1ā. It was a little big for him at first but we lowered the seat as far as it would go and it worked out good for him. As heās grown another inch heās really grown into the bike.He likes to use it on the trails behind our house. On steep and muddy hills this bike is much better for him than his older traditional bike.It is sturdy, the gears shift smoothly, brakes work great, and it has survived everything an 11 year old can think to do or try on a bike without any issues. Itās nice to look at too.As for putting it together it started out rough but once my husband came home and was able to help me hold it, it got easier. We had to assemble the front tire, handle bars, pedals, and adjust the seat. Fairly easy, just tedious.Highly recommend!

Unsure what's going on š
Had trouble with the front tire, there was a piece that came off with a bunch of tiny little balls in it.Be careful with the front tire! There's a latch that goes inside the bolt. Also not sure if I got a faulty bike or what but my gears aren't working correctly and seems like peddling is a lot more difficult than your typical bike. Not sure if I'd recommend this bike. Looks great but the performance wasn't.

Customer service is perfect with seller, Bike has big flaw with pedal crank left side..two in a row.
Got my bike and ten minutes after I had put it together the crank on the left side came loose, I tried loctite I tried putting aluminum on the screw between the bolt, tried to call main number no answer, waiting for company to contact me and make right, will update either way.UPDATE**Called customer service during business hours and sent email with pictures of issue per customer service instruction, nice rep said he would take care if it and was sent confirmation that a new bike had been sent out before any return was made, got new bike and it rides great no wobble very sturdy and light I'm 224lbs and 5'9" I ride to work jump a few curves and feels good, very very happy with product and even more so with customer service, will update after a longer ride this weekend.Update**Again the left side came loose, emailed customer service that helped me to no response, I will pay someone to weld the nut, think twice before buying the bike seems nice and customer service did allot to get a better eating but of the product itself either invest in a welder or ride with a socket wrench,if bought check the crank right away.... disappointed.

Nice... for 1 ride
The bike is very nice looking, the shifting and pedaling is really smooth in the "middle" gears. This product gets a low review from me because the bike struggles at the "highest" and lowest gears to not derail. On my second 5 mile ride the crank fell apart. I have seen similar reviews on here about this same issue. The crank arrives fully assembled... if I were you I would take it apart and try to tighten in before riding.Update: I tried tightening the crank myself... twice... each time the crank arm would fall off. I have contacted customer service. The left arm slowly gets looser and looser until it falls off. This honestly seems like a machining issue. The stem may be too narrow. I don't recommend this bike to anyone.

Poor quality, not meant for frequent usage
I ordered this bike about 2 and a half months ago. Adjusting the breaks was a massive pain, so I had to pay 80 dollars to have the bike properly assembled. From the start the front breaks screeched in a high-pitched manner due to their poor quality. Despite that, the bike rode relatively smoothly, until about two weeks ago I realized it is just plain bad. The left pedal arm started coming off slowly, and then it officially came off while I was riding and I had to walk for an hour. I took it to the shop to tighten it up but the same happened just a week later. My friend said "you're riding it too hard", when I am a very smooth rider and a bike with dual suspension is supposed to take a lot of strain. I ride it 4 times a week for half an hour to the gym and back (that's only 2 hours a week). I have not yet found the tool to tighten the pedal arm since it is a gear buried in a socket, and all instructions deal with just the pedal itself. The bike shop guy himself said this is a factory defect. Don't expect much from this bike

Great bike for tall 10 year old
We bought this bike for my 10 year old son. He's taller than average. This bike is just a tad bit on the big side but I have a feeling by the middle of summer it will be perfect. He loves it!

Sharp looking and functional
It was a little work to assemble and the instructions made it worse because they are not for this bike specifically. That was frustrating. But I figured it with the help of YouTube, and it works great. Iām a little unsure of the sturdiness of the āquick-releaseā front tire. Iām actually afraid Iām going to face-plant when it pops off...
