Bumper Grille Insert BRUSHED Stainless Steel Plain Rectangular Compatible with 2015-2019 Sierra 2500 3500 HD #700-10-3

I have a 2017 Chevy 2500HD with the 6.0. The insert for my truck is different than this but actually bolts to the frame! This one I bought for my dad's new truck which is a 2019 GMC 2500HD with the duramax. It attaches to THE PLASTIC around the opening with clips! The clips wouldn't even grip the brackets included because the tiny hooks were flat instead of protruding in order to grip. I had to use pliers and a punch in order to hammer them into a shape that would work properly. The insert itself is thin and super flimsy. There are a couple tiny tabs on the top but nothing to support the bottom in the center. It might help keep a few bugs and tiny rocks or sticks out of the cooler but I don't believe it will take ANY pressure what size out easily bending. DEFINATELY NOT worth a hundred bucks but my dad likes the way it looks so I left it on there. We'll see what happens

Product was beautiful on the finish, installation appeared to be very easy, only issue I had was that not 1 but both bottom bolts rang off before they would tighten up. I don't recommend this mounting system, but do like the quality of the Stainless steel.

Nice finish and fit after mods, For my 2017 GMC 2500 HD Denali, step one putting clips on brackets will not work. Brackets with clips installed hits radiator and can't get clip over plastic trim, put clips on plastic first, locations pictured in directions and then with a little difficulty, push bracket under clips. poor assemblymen who put the pem nuts into brackets and bent the brackets so it doesn't line up with screws through grill insert. Easy fix, bend them straight. Overall very happy with product and appearance.

I purchased this in December 2019. Installed Jan 2020. Reached out to the email on company’s website twice and no response. This item has rusted and the company does not reply to customer email and it’s very frustrating. I would not recommend them for they lack customer service. Two weeks is more than ample time to reply to a customer complaint especially since the item was only on the truck two weeks. In addition, if the item were truly stainless it would not rust. Very disappointed in this product and company.
