The waistband is 1 inch wide
I bought a pair around a year and a half ago and loved them. The product is called the same name but is now completely different. The previous wide waistband was about 3 inches thick and had a large elastic sewn inside. The current product has a 2 inch waistband and has a tiny 1 inch elastic sewn inside. Now they’re exactly like the cheap knockoff capris I was trying to avoid. Keep looking if you want a wide waistband.I uploaded side by side photos of my old pair and the new pair. The old pair has a wide waistband and the whole section is elastic. In the new pair the waistband is about 2 inches wide but only 1 inch is elastic. In the second photo I folded the waistband down to only show the elastic section. This product should not be advertised as a wide waistband because it is not wide at all.

Capri Tights on Steroids!
I wear capri leggings a lot and have quite a collection. When my navy pair finally wore out I tried these because of the waistband. As I sometimes wear leggings under a skirt I cannot be tugging up the waistband all day if you see what I mean. This waistband won't roll when you move and stays put, wore them at work all day and no tugging! YAY!. I previously purchased a Hi end brand that I sent back because the waistband would roll if you coughed and they were like 47 bucks on sale! These are lightweight enough to wear under a dress or skirt but not a bit see thru so you can wear them with confidence. Like tights on steroids with a waistband that doesn't quit!

I bought another pair the day I received these.
They fit like they were described they didn’t roll down at waste and I’m 5ft 1 in so the length was great. I felt they were thick enough to wear withOver sized top anywhere I go.I’ve already bought a pair in black to go with other tops I have for summer.

Soft, not see through at all. Super comfy. Flattering fit.
Love these leggings. They are very soft and not see-thru at all. I am a 55 year old, and wear these under tunics or dresses and they fit perfectly. Waist is very comfortable and stays put. The bottom hem is slightly loose fitting, but I like the look. Bought two pairs in white. Super happy. Definitely recommend. I feel these will be very comfortable on warmer days, they seem breathable.

Perfect!
I always worry that I will get some that areToo tight and cause pudge, or aren’t comfortable. That’s not the case with these! The band reaches up high for tummy control and it’s nice and loose but also stretchy and conforms nicely without suffocating you. I love them! I am 5’2 163 lbs and got large.

These are so comfortable! Wore them in summer and winter climates these worked in both!
Dubious about some leggings hitting you in the wrong place and squeezing you nearly to death, I checked these out and ended up buying 3 more pair in different colors/patterns! These were ultra comfortable. The "blackout" feature is great! I highly recommend these to people who do not like the tight waist squeezing that happens with some leggings... I did find that the same brand longer leggings in some models did tend to need a size up to be comfy... These fit perfectly.

Waist too low
I really wish they had a higher rise to these. Typically that isn't an issue since I have a short torso but they were too low for me and I knew I would constantly be hiking them up.

Great legging, weird sizing for me
I like the fabric cotton feel. They’re not my new fave only because of the fit. I was blessed with a body shape that has 3 different sizes across my chest, waist and hips. I bought a large thinking it would fit my hips best. It does fit the hips well but the waist is really loose which leads to issues with staying in place. The medium would probably fit the waist well but not sure the fabric would allow enough stretch for my hips. So I’m still on the hunt for my new favorite legging. Positive though- these do very well in the squat test, not see through, or just barely.

Disappointed in the waistband
The waistband is NOT wide. The elastic inside the waistband is only about 1 inch wide. The the fabric of the waistband is cut wider. This causes the fabric to fold over the elastic. The leggings fit large in the waist. I do like the black out aspect. You cant see through the butt/thighs.

quality must have changed
I have several pairs of HUE leggings/tights. Although the size is the same as the pairs that I have , the quality is not the same. They are not wide band as they had previously been. The fabric is stitched for a wide band of elastic but there is only a standard thin elastic waist, which tends to twist. Still comfortable but slightly more sheer and definitely not the same quality.

Better quality than the No-nonsense brand tights
I bought a pair of No-nonsense white tights which were junk quality - very see-through and thin. I returned them and bought one pair of the Hue brand, XL, white tights. These are a bit better in quality and comfort, still not as supportive as the Hanes tights, but not bad. Not as see-through as the No-nonsense brand. XL was the right fit for me - I'm 5"3, 210 lbs., size 16. A larger size would be too baggy around my thighs and legs.

Same quality as the Bay,Macy’s or quality retailers.
The waistband was to be two inches wide ,which it was, accept the elastic IN the waistband was less than an inch wide. Not like the other Hue capris I have bought at the Bay. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Overpriced and thin material
The fact that I feel like I got ripped off because the price tag right on the pants says $24 and I was charged $41 is one reason why I am giving this product 1 star. The pants themselves feel quite thin and cheap. I would not recommend this product.
