We were unsure when ordering this as to whether it would be good quality as it was very difficult to establish from the photographs . When it arrived we were very pleased as it’s a very good quality product and good value for money and it looks fabulous in our black stone sink

Plug gets stuck, won’t open. Have to unscrew.
Within 2 months of buying this, the plug gets stuck and I’m unable to ‘click’ it open. I’d have rated it 5 stars if not for this pretty critical failure. I’ve looked for ways to contact the seller without having to write a public review, but it’s not possible. Can you please send a replacement as the one I have is faulty.I’ve oiled it / WD40, but it’s only ever a short term fix until the water runs the lubricant away.

Der Ring unten zum festschrauben kann ruhig etwas breiter sein damit man es auch festziehen kann wenn das Loch etwas größer ist. Ansonsten Stabil.
