Sodomaniac [DVD] [2016] [NTSC]

Poor quality filming and it wasn't quite what I expected but it comes under the so bad it's good category. The victims got their just deserts for their limited vocabulary, let alone their 'crimes'. Loved it. However, if you don't like a lot of swearing don't buy this.

For an indie ultra low budget movie, reportedly made for less than $1,000. Sodomaniac isn't too bad a film. Movie in essence is a revenge flick aka I Spit on Your Grave where a killer with a bum hole mask goes around wiping out a bunch of friends who have taken advantage of women in the past. Each kill must end the same, repeated stabbing in the bum hole.Obviously there is a lot of humour here but also a clear message, rape isn't a good thing. Acting is borderline, but given that this is so guerilla like film making, we've seen much worse think the dreadful DELTA PI DIE, or something to that effect.Not a great movie by any means but you do end up with the feeling that if the guys behind this movie had a bit more money you would be interested to see more from them.
