I was skeptical about these, since most hair/skin/nail supplements I have taken in the past either produce none of the desired outcomes (long, flowy hair, clear skin, strong nails) or they make my stomach hurt and cause digestive upset. But, they had decent reviews and my hairdresser cut my bangs way too short (think 1990s riot girl) and I desperately needed to grow my hair out. After about two weeks of taking these, I noticed that my hair was growing faster. Unfortunately, that also meant the hair on my legs grew faster...I felt like I had to shave a bit more often. I guess it is a small price to pay for longer head hair length. It didn't seem to clear up my skin, though I noticed a slight improvement with my persistent sebborheic dermatitis (itchy, scaly spots on face). My nails seem to be growing at the same rate but I have fewer issues with hangnails. These are easy to swallow powder capsules. No stomach upset at all. They won't make you gorgeous overnight, but they do at last seem to affect hair growth in a positive way. I do wish the bottle was nicer - very utilitarian and the Martha Stewart name takes up most of the label. I have to hide his in my desk because frankly it is a little embarrassing to take celebrity branded supplements.

I have been taking these supplements for 1 month. So far I have not noticed any change in hair loss when brushing or otherwise which means, for me, there is still plenty of loss. My skin feels and looks slightly more supple. I still have mild adult acne, however, I read elsewhere that acne begins 6 or so weeks prior to seeing any blemishes so I haven't been taking the pills long enough for real change. The one improvement I have noticed is my 2, count them 2, split nails have not split again. I have had 1 split nail for going on 4 years and the other for about 1 year. It had never happened before so I wasn't sure what I could do about it. So there is some improvement with that. I have also ceased with the shellac nails and nail polish period.Other pills definitely made me nauseous and light headed which is why there was never improvement with my nails. I also appreciate the vegetarian option with these supplements. I have taken them with food and prior to breakfast with no issues. I will update this review after I finish the next bottle.

These pills have some great ingredients in it, made my nails grow quicker, definitely. I noticed my skin looks a little smoother, but I will have to wait longer to see bigger results of skin and hair because it's more difficult to notice. I have been impressed with Martha Stewart's vitamins, and will be purchasing her gummies next.

I am into my third bottle and have definitely noticed a difference - less ridges and stronger nails, less hair loss. Prior to purchasing my first bottle I did my research and even though there are similar products on the market, none appear to have all of the ingredients that are in the Essentials line. I would recommend this product.

I have tried other simular products but they did not work. With Martha Stewart's product, i got results immediately. My nails grow faster and are much stronger. My skin is more radiant and my hair shows an improvement has well.

I love this product. I have been using it for 2 months and can see the difference in my hair. Others have noticed and asked me what I have been using. Highly recommend this product.
