If you read one word of this review， read the entire thing..Initially these headphones didn't come with all the listed accessories (alternate sizes of ear silicones and ear wings as well as the cord management pieces). I ended up returning the headphones as recommended after contacting the manufacturer.It appears this doesn't happen very often with S， they were genuinely surprised them that an incomplete product could leave the production facility!.I didn't immediately order a new set of headphones， but I was contacted by a representative from S to ask how my return and re-purchase went. I was forthcoming with the fact that I hadn't placed a second order， a classic case of "once bitten， twice shy". When they heard that I hadn't made a 2nd purchase they actually sent me a brand-new set of headphones for free， dispatched by Amazon and they arrived the next day!.I love the headphones (this set came with a complete accessory package)， the sound quality is amazing， the quality is better than a $30-$40 set of Bluetooth headphones could be expected to be! The service， generosity， and quality of this organization should be recognized! Buy a set for yourself， buy a set for a loved one!.Thanks again S!

Ive been using these for about a week now. I wear all day at work. Usually 10-14 hours， playing music or talking on alot， but also on standby alot. But the battery has only alerted low one time after a 14 hour work day. The sound is honestly better than my apple or Lg headphones were， strong bass and clear sound. My wife and others always has trouble hearing me during phone calls on my Lgs， on these there is no issue. I like the magnet buds when not in use and they stay in my ear very well and dont hurt. BUT， i have 2 small issues. 1 i think you get with any headphones， but usually i only wear 1 side， and the other side tries to pull down and pull cord tight unless tucked somewhere， but still better than the big horseshoe on my neck from Lg. And 2， which most people wont be troubled by， i have a personal phone and a work phone. These only support one paired device. My Lg did let me pair both phones， so while im driving for work i only need one pair of headphones and can answer both phones. I can no longer do that. But honestly overall these are great. For less than $30 i didnt expect much and they sound better than my $200 Lg did， and are far more comfortable and less in the way than the apple phones are.

At this point， I'm a long-term S owner and user. I bought my first pair， the Q9， about 18 months ago and since then， I've purchased 3 additional pairs and recommended them to countless friends. This review is for my new Q30s， but I'll add in that my 18-month old Q9s are still in perfect working order and my go to gym headphones.As for the Q30， I was pleasantly surprised. S have always had high quality sound， but the new Q30 seems to have more base and even clearer sound. The build quality is fantastic as well， with everything feeling quite study， yet nimble. As for fit， it's perfect. I've a tually avoided the near earbud style these use， really because I just didn't think they'd work. Well， I was wrong. These set easier and stay better than any headphones I've used. I kept the size medium arms that came preinstalled， but the box has multiple sizes of both the ear piece and the tension arm so they'll fit everyone. Connectivity is also flawless as it's always been - all of my s connect in less than 1 second from powering on. If I have to come up with one complaint， it would be that I was disappointed that this pair didn't come with the nice carrying case that came with all of my other s. That said， the company seems to have put that additional material cost into the headphones themselves， so there's no bet loss. Overall， these are fantastic headphones.

I’m a first time consumer of this product since ordering it back in Jan 22.I’m very pleased with the quality of this product! It holds a steady charge - even after several days of use. Additionally， charges quite quickly. They are comfortable to wear. And， for the price，..is a no-brainer!!!.My only recommendation would be to have an adjustable back strap or a tie you can use to have it “wrap” closer to the back of your head.When I run the back strap isn’t irritating but will slide to one side due to the weight of the tiny， black control interface that you push/touch to control volume， power on/off and link via Bluetooth. When it falls to one side，.your neck mobility is limited when you try and turn your head. The other thing I’ve noticed is when it is rubbing against a collar if you layering up for a cold run，..you can hear the vibration and rubbing from the cord (faint but pronounced) in the ear buds. I really believe both (fractionally minor) issues could be avoidable if you some how had an adjustable back strap， tie or the adjustable band that looped the strap to make it tighter.Above all else， great product! Will definitely recommend and buy again when necessary!

I am an avid reader who enjoys listening to audiobooks to distract me from the daily drudgery of housework. Toting around devices with corded headphones/earbuds is a pain. Plus， not everyone wants to hear what I am listening to， so wireless is the way to go.I wasn't interested in spending a ton on something， mostly because there is a chance I will eventually drop them into something wet/gross while bustling about. Luckily， I found these at a nice low price and they even help save me from my klutzy ways with magnets that hold the earbuds together around my neck when not in use. I don't know what makes $200-300 earbuds worth the cost， but for the average person with average needs， these $20ish earbuds have one job and do it nicely. I also like the large buttons that are easy to press while wearing gloves， making it easy to pause what I'm listening to or answer a call without giving me an excuse to stop what I'm doing.So， weather you're looking for yourself or trying to find a gift around this price point that has universal appeal， this might work for you.
