First year for me doing container gardening. I bought spinach seeds which promptly grew then bolted :( HOWEVER, this lettuce variety has done amazingly well. Tons of variety in individual named bags. I just pinched some out of several bags, put it on my planting mix, then covered up and watered. I had heard sometimes lettuce doesn't grow well in dead of summer but wanted to try anyway. They grew so quickly!! And have survived nearly negligent care from me... and wild swings between oppressive heat and super heavy rain. No bolting so far, just a wonderful patch of lettuce that I can clip my salad from right on my deck. These keep growing back and I still have tons of seeds left too. Will definitely buy again! ♡ p.s. the only thing that would make it better is if there were pics on the seed bags... I had to google the names to see what I'd be getting.

The variety of seeds do not come with individual information. A web page is given. The page is not very descriptive. Plus when I’m outside planting I really don’t want to be looking up pictures and info about the seeds.

I started the lettuce from seedlings on my porch then moving them to my garden. Update, as of the third week of July, I have harvested more than a dozen bushel baskets full of lettuce.

I’m excited to start eating.Very pleased w/ how fast they’ve grown in such a cold damp climate.

I had absolutely zero germination from the seeds I'm a Farmer's almanac type grower here in Central Florida I use organic fertilizer organic soil I usually have a 90% germination on heirloom seeds especially the survival gardens that I typically buy but this zero zip zilch the lettuces that are included in my survival gardens packages have done very well these absolutely nothing hence the return

I have been sucessfully growing several different types of the lettuces in large plastic cups (with soil) over the past few months, indoors in a bedroom window. Honestly, I am totally amazed. I have only been planting one seed in each cup and so far every one of those seeds sprouted and grew really well. Of course, the lettuce does not get as big as if it was planted outdoors, but it has gotten far bigger than I ever thought it would. Have harvested quite a bit of lettuce! I have a very difficult time with the seasonal changes and having an indoor garden has really been helping me.

Arrived on time and delivered to my front door........in a snowstorm. Didn't even have to step outside!!!! Will attempt growing lettuce indoors under lights. Nice variety of seeds and beautifully packaged.

Can’t hype this too much just yet. But after starting with 4 seeds, a little more than 2 weeks ago, I now have 4 small lettuce plants growing! (I’m using the romaine paris seeds).No complaints since I’m sitting at a 100% germination rate so far. Will come back to comment later on the flavor.
