I use this for "proving" my sourdough over night in the fridge, but when I bake it it looses the shape (no hole in the middle), still use it though. Well made and easy to knock out the unused flour in the morning

Too long for my oven, but I have fill in and turn onto pizza stone to cook

Medium (on the "smallish" side) basket, good quality. External dimensions: upper part width 27, depth 13, hight 6. Bottom is 8 cm.

Only criticism is that it does not come with cover

Does a reasonable job, just make sure to dust it well first or the bread doesn't like to come out!

Very disappointed with this product, I've bought other kitchencraft items in the past and found them great but this was a total let down.When it arrive, I noticed that parts of the wood were quite rough and looked like they were prone to splintering off, meaning they could end up in your bread which is not ideal.The product itself does not look anything like the pictures and the wood is darker and it also has staples holding the wood together which again, I was not expecting and probably would not have purchased if I did see these as we've young kids at home and I'd be concerned these staples could fall out and into the bread while proving.

Fast delivery. Bigger than I expected which is great. Ideal xmas present for my dad
