Enfamil A+ Baby Milk Powder Nutritional Health Drink Infant Formula Stage 1 (0-6 months) (400g x 2)

This is the second time I ordered enfamil stage 1 combo through amazon though everything seems fine there is one thing that Baffels me which is there is no measuring scoop in the box which should be there originally hence the query if the product is genuine .Please give inputs and help .Thank you

Ive ordered this milk powder in pack of 2 twice from amazon but both times 1 tin was in right condition and other one came damaged as it had a dent as a result there was problem in using it, although mill powder inside was fine but since the tin could not balance itself it became a hassle to take out the powder from the tin everytime, because you don't use some other container for this milk. When there is no discount on the product, it should be delivered in right condition. So, now I prefer getting it from my local pharmacy.Disappointing.

The product this time seems to have some issue.. the powder isn't dry and seems to have some moisture..
