C4 Extreme Energy Pre-Workout Supplement, Fruit Punch

Excellent pre workout, definitely works, after taking this, it increased my strength endurance, I was able to train harder and longer with no tiredness like I did before when I took a cheaper and not popular brand like this one. Even after the workout I felt like I had lots of energy , I put it to the test today, I had 6 hours if sleep , woke up at 6am and went training at 2.30pm took.this 30 mins before and amazingly it gave me fantastic energy, I couldn't believe how good this pre workout is, two days in a row of taking this , it definitely works and you can feel.the difference in your energy and performance in the gym, highly recommended, the fruit punch flavour isn't that nice but acceptable to drink as I'm not that bothered about the flavour but more the energy.

I have trialled about 20 PWDs over the years and this is in my top 3. Half scoop to start to test the effectiveness and had an awesome cardio workout, loads of energy and felt super motivated to do more. Experience lasted about 3 hours with no come down. I stack with a nitric product to get an awesome veinascular pump. Feels and looks great when training weights💪💪. Drink plenty of water and do not take late at night. 😳. Be great to get some samples 👍

I've been using C4 Original for years because it's always good value for money and really good pre workout. Today I used this C4 Extreme first time and WOW, even 2 serving C4 Original never kicked me this much. After 2 hours workout, I had to run for a few miles to get tired. Please consume responsibly :)

Very good energy levels how clever the taste isn’t the greatest

Works 100% I work out 7:30 evenings till 9:30pmThen I can’t go to sleep till 2-3am :( this is too strong for me as I don’t take caffeine usually.1 scoop is enough for SUPERMAN work out please be careful guys this C4 Extreme not a joke , I’ve been taking passed 2+ months and I’m addicted to it but I need to find alternative will let me sleep after gym. I’ll miss this product for sure but I need my sleep too, there for I’ve canceled my monthly subscription on Amazon.

I normally take the ABE pre work out at my gym, or try different brands from Amazon to save money. This is the worst pre workout I've ever had. No energy at all, no pump, and to be honest, I felt more tried and drained. WTF, £30 pounds for this dead pre work out is a joke. I even tried 2 scoops today to make sure it wasn't me for some mad reason lol. Buy the ABE one for £20 trust me.

Taste - great, bit acidic but thats natural i guess.Mixing - Dissolves immediately, just needs a little shake. No issues there.Effectiveness - Don't really feel an additional burst of energy regardless if i consume it straight away or dissolve it in the drink for throughout the workout. shame really as i heard a lot of good things about c4 but not as good as other brands like ON
