I noticed my ring finger swelling. I had a book titled "THE BIOCHEMIC HANDBOOK - How to get well and keep fit with biochemic tissue salts" (not table salt). "Nat. I ordered these cell salts for my Wife because she has twitching & running legs every once in a while so she takes four to eight tablets. This stops her twitching legs.
