Seems to match up ok
This kit looks like the same picture as a Genuine James rebuild kit, but it is not. Included are most of the seals and a few hard parts that are needed to refurbish a Keihin Harley carb from 1990+. The float needle is 3 SIDED, not the 4 sided like in the James kit if it matters to you. Additionally the needle is steel with a Viton tip instead of the aluminum. I feels like steel anyway. Know that over time steel needles MAY react adversely with the non-ferrous seat for the needle if you neglect the carb and allow corrosion to take hold, according to some Harley mechanics. There is no cheap lunch so drain your carb and fill your tank at the end of your riding season. The accelerator pump diaphragm looks to be a quality piece and fits snugly in its housing. A little small but stretches a little and fits. The one part i did find a little difficulty with was the float bowl o-ring type gasket. The part of it that surrounds the accelerator pump squirter tower is ever so slightly off. I had to hold the gasket in place with spark plug wire grease because of that difference, but it did the trick. No jets or other needles are included. Orings matched up fine. Also included are 2 new intake manifold seals. There are NO instructions for any of it. Not even a retail box with a picture. Just a bag. Take pictures and use your manual plus Youtube if you are new at this. Mine didn't leak on the workbench test after the rebuild. Cool. You can do this!

Works OK for the price
The gaskets and seals are obviously not OEM quality, especially the gasket from the carb to the air cleaner, but overall not bad.

Very Pleased
I have a 05 Harley deluxe and amazon said this would not fit on my bike but I ordered it anyway because everything in the pic looked the same and sure enough when it arrived it matched and it came with extra stuff maybe for a different bike. But it all worked on mine thank god. So you can't just go off of what amazon says because it just may fit yours too.

Air cleaner flange gaskets
The air cleaner flange Gaskets showed on the photo is not what's included in the actual kit.Other then that its a great kit at a great price.

Exactly what I needed!
This kit was exactly what I needed to get the bike stored much too long running again. Now, I need another one for bike #2.

Missing stuff and cheap quality.
Do yourself a solid favor and buy a Genuine James gasket set and safe yourself money and headaches.. sure it’s runs about $40-$45 online or your local Harley dealership but my gosh the quality is worth it.. this kit is pure garbage plus was missing half the stuff pictured.1) Missing parts.2) Bowl and accelerator pump seals are of cheap hard plastic and not the typical rubber like in the James or other kits I usually buy.3) Accelerator pump diaphragm looks like it’ll dissolve in a few months from gas it so cheap feeling not to mention it’s smaller and does not properly fit into the groove without stretching it which I’ve never had to do with a James kit. Plus rubber shrinks overtime with gas and heat cycles, so it’ll probably leak or fail prematurely ( it DID leak upon starting the bike! Ughh)4) Shipping package was in perfect condition upon arrival... but the item look like someone had balled up the bag in their hand and tossed it into the bag which left everything tangled and the 1 of “2” picture gaskets was folded and tore.5) Like another reviewer, the accelerator pump accordion like rubber cover is so cheap I couldn’t see it lasting a ride season without falling apart.6) Yep, went to the local Harley dealer bought my usual James kit and like always and she’s up and pouring again👌7) Would I recommend this kit?? only if you’re selling you’re bike within a week lol otherwise NO I wouldn’t recommend considering the quality and that it leaked from the get go, and if it hadn’t it probably would on my first ride. You get what you pay for.

Good Kit, Good Price
Much needed refresh to my 2003 Dyna FXD Super Glide. Bike has 38k miles and the carb needed a good scrubbing. Only downside of this kit is that it does not come with a vacuum piston diaphragm which is pretty much a guaranteed replacement part. Even when not torn, the diaphragm is normally stretched out and which effects both performance and makes reassembly almost impossible.

Worked on my Kawasaki Vulcan
Used this kit to rebuild the carb on my Kawasaki Vulcan.Parts worked great except for the bowl gasket which I sourced locally. Also purchased the K&S Tech Carb Air Cut-off valve set, which isn't included in this kit.Recommended
