The clip itself will not fall off it's actually a little difficult to get on my belt at first, which is a Good Thing!I have a littmann classic 3, fits nicely, the tubing sits near my pocket, sometimes I'm able to adjust it just right to wear the tubing coils up like a spring that presents better. I love having this on my side rather than leaving it in plane site for anyone to steal or to be left behind

Nice quality, but falls off my pocket often. My coworker has one and loves it, but I can't keep it on. It does hold my stethoscope securely, but the whole thing lands on the floor frequently.

I’m a freshly vested EMS worker taking my EMT class while working in the industry, so my company has me help establish baselines on stable patients to help me get the practical experience while I’m going through my course. I bought this to carry my Littmann in as I didn’t want to pocket or neck carry my scope, and many of the EMT’s in my company use Batclips. Honestly, to say I was disappointed is an understatement. Within five minutes of my first call of the day, my scope slipped out of the carrier and started swinging loose. I quickly corrected it thinking I had done something wrong, but maybe two minutes after and it came loose again. As soon as I got back to the station I sat down and spent a good twenty minutes messing with this to try to get my scope to stay stable in it, but no matter what I did it just wouldn’t hold. I brought it out to my medic and asked if he could look at it, figuring maybe I was doing something wrong, but he confirmed I was right and the leather is just way too pliable to hold the scope in place. We must have tried fifteen different ways for a scope to sit in a carrier and nothing stayed. I used it for the rest of the day but had to constantly keep re-adjusting it, and it’s a good thing I ran transports all day because if I’d had any actual calls I would have had to figure something else out fast as it would have been way too unreliable to trust my scope to stay secured and out of my way when I’m working. I got home, threw it in the trash, and bought a plastic clip instead. If I go for a leather one again, it’ll be a bat clip. Lesson learned, you pay for what you get. I was excited for the nice color options... but it’s not worth the hassle in a line of work where you can’t afford to have unsecured gear!

Love this product. Stays in place, clip does not slip from waist band. I’ve used various types of holders, and this is by far my favorite. Additionally, it is light weight enough to prevent pulling scrub pants down.

I do not like wearing my stethoscope around my neck so this product has been an awesome addition to my uniform!

This holder looks great and seems to be durable, however, my stethoscope keeps sliding off and falling it is really uncomfortable and difficult to manipulate for me. I just rather keep the stethoscope on my neck than worry constantly if I lost it somewhere in the hospital. I gave it to my brother and he also has the same problem. Maybe I just don't know how to use it but for me, this is not a good purchase and it is gathering dust somewhere in my house
