iLive Boombox Bluetooth Speaker with CD Player and FM Radio (Black)

Great sound for compact unit. Bluetooth speaker is a plus to stream music from phone and iPad.Controls take some time getting used to.

I have to say, I've owned this three days now and have yet to actually use the radio or CD player--this boombox was worth the purchase price alone for its quality as a bluetooth speaker. I haven't needed to use the other components because I've been playing NPR and Pandora from my iPad via bluetooth, and the sound quality is loud and clear for my small house. Just what I was looking for! (And it only took me about 30 seconds to connect my iPad via bluetooth; that's what I call user-friendly.)

Really like this boombox. The sound is great, it is small and portable. I mostly wanted this for when the electricity is out so I could listen to music to fall asleep. Very pleased that I could use both batteries and plug it in. Two things I do not care for: there is no antenna so you have to physically move the whole thing around until you pick up signal and I don’t like the volume control because it isn’t a dial that you adjust. It is a button that you click that has a fixed amount of sound and to me, it goes from dead quiet to very loud, no in-between at all. It is still perfectly nice and usable but for those two things, I cannot recommend it.

I expected this boom box to be just as good as the identical model I bought elsewhere. Much to my dismay, it simply doesn't work----no radio----no CD---no sound period. By the time it arrived and I was discharged from hospital, it was too late to send it back. Piece of junk!

This radio has nice sound, The bluetooth connectivity is nice, but it's noisy - staticy. With Metalica, you won't notice it, but with more sedate music, it's there.My main beef is that you can't play this boombox at low levels. I bought it for my son to listen to as he falls asleep. The lowest level, "1" is what would be 1 '10' on most radios. I'm considering returning it just based on that.

This is an amazing radio! It is used in my 2 year olds room for bedtime. My favorite feature as it has digital volume control. That way I know if I leave it on number five that's the best volume for sleeping. I also love the Bluetooth feature. My other girls have the same radio and are always using their tablets Bluetooth connect to play their music.

I got this because I wanted something that plays cds radio and my mp3s on my phone and with a digital radio tuner (all in one). It does it all. I really like it. I like the digital display (blue). Sounds very nicely. I have a Samsung note 2 N7100. I hooked it up to the blue-tooth on this boombox. Was simple easy and mp3s sound great out of the speakers. Cds and radio sounds great. No remote but that's ok. I recommend this to anyone. Good price good product. Least it was till few months later cd player quit working. I want it to last a few years not a few months.

It can withstand heavy use, we use it for nap music at our preschool. It has great sound quality as is worth the cost.

El producto es bueno, basicamente, pero en cuanto a su funcionalidad bluetooth, a veces da problemas cuando lo conecto a mi laptop, con el celular funciona bien, como reproductor de cd, radio y bocina por entrada externa es una maravilla

It's compact, and performs all functions well. On the down side, the controls are very basic and the player makes very loud tones when connecting to Bluetooth.

EL MODELO ME GUSTO, SIN EMBARGO AL UTILIZARLO NO FUNCIONA ADECUADAMENTE. POR SI SOLO SE APAGA. ME HUBIERA GUSTADO QUE FUNCIONARA ADECUADAMENTE
