PERFECT! We actually ripped out the carpet and replaced it with these in the boys playroom. Simply perfect for that. My husband even commented about how nice it looked in the end. Very good tiles, they bounce back after placing something heavy on them, they feel heavenly underfoot (I truly want them in every room now hahaha), the color is good, and we actually like the way they smell. SO easy to clean and just wonderful for a crawling baby or active pre-teen. Couldn't be happier with the price, quality, color, or how well this project turned out. Wall to wall in my home? I wouldn't complain a bit. I'm going to order some more in a more natural color to make mats for in front of the washer and dryer, sink, etc. They would also be great as bath mats, poolside, or just about anywhere you want a nice soft floor. Oh- and they are tougher than they look. We had to cut some to fit and it took a very sharp utility knife to make a clean cut. Excellent. Would definitely order again from this company.

I had written a previous review for this item and was frustrated about the seller not responding about strangely colored tiles for a month- turns out it was just a communication error with the emails so all was well in the end! I got these for my daughter’s room for the in between time before we replace our carpets next year, and 6 of the tiles were not white- they were a strange beige khaki like color. I contacted the seller, and after we figured out the whole email issue, he was able to let me know that they would resend a package of white tiles ASAP. So glad it was sorted! The tiles are thick and clean up way easy, pretty durable, although my kid has grabbed a few of the edge pieces and has ripped them in half with her strange toddler strength, but otherwise it’s awesome compared to having to sop up toddler messes from nasty old carpet!

The product is functional, but the chemical smell was so overpowering that I could not keep the foam tiles in my apartment. I ended up throwing them away just so I could breathe (they triggered my asthma). If you have asthma, allergies, COPD or the like, take care with this product. The smell may not affect most people, but for those of us with respiratory illness, the impact can be swift and severe. 😷

We bought Fitness Gear matting about three years ago from Dick's Sporting Goods. Upgrading our 'home gym' from a corner of the garage to half a bay last month prompted a purchase of more matting from WeSellMats.com (their own brand). The two brands unexpectedly fit together seamlessly: same color, same texture on the surface, same interlocking edge pattern - like they all came from the same place at the same time.Well, the new expansion motivated my husband to purge and organize so he could have a whole bay - meaning he needed more matting. Seeking a less expensive option on the matting, I went with Get Rung's version of the 3/8-inch, gray matting. It's the same thickness, same color, and same surface texture as what we already have, and having purchased two different brands already that fit together, I assumed they all conformed to some standard. I know! I know! One should never assume anything! <Sigh> Get Rung's mats have a very different interlocking edge pattern and they don't mesh with the other two brands. And because of shipping costs, the fact that Get Rung won't accept the return of the opened package (and how can you know they don't interlock if you don't open one of the packages and try? - so of the three packages purchased, I'd only be able to return two), and the 5% restock fee they charge for returns, sending them back isn't cost effective. We'll probably end up setting up the Get Rung mats as a second area separate from the existing one. Not what we wanted, but not unworkable.In and of themselves, the mats seem alright - not as heavy at the other two brands, but then... I went for cheaper, didn't I? However, if any potential customers are looking to expand an existing set-up and DO require a seamless interlocking grid, please be aware that Get Rung's mats may not mesh with their current mats.

I bought this to use with the Kinect Your Shape to do some exercise. I choose this because of the square footage. It is larger than the yoga mats and the density of the material provides good cushioning.But after using the mats there is no way I believe these could be used for an entire play room for children or martial arts classes. As the mat is being used the most used area compresses some and the edges of that square segment lifts. Then while you move around your feet catch on the teeth holding the seems together. Now that they are lifted, they get stepped on.None of the teeth have ripped off, so no real damage done yet.I am thinking about taping all the seams with box or duct tape. Right now I have to use it with a door mat over it, which is what I was doing with some other material before I bought this. I wish I could buy the same material in the same square footage as one piece.

Now I know this is a typical use for gym flooring or under excercise equipment, but how about its use in camping? Well my truck is where I sleep when I go camping but let me tell you how uuncomfortable it is to climb in and out of or sleep in the bed....until now. I just measured the bed and bought enought matting to cover it, the finger joints let me to finish the edges and the fingers all connect well so there are mo gaps. This has made camping much more enjoyable and comfortable. ..after all not just for excercise any more.

We are using the mats for an outdoor play area for the grandchildren. I'm pretty sure it is not intended for this purpose - but it works well for us! The green color did fade to a beautiful aqua blue and there was some slight shrinkage in our 100+ degree weather. It's been perfect for under their sandbox, play gym and kiddie pool. Super easy to clean - just hose it down! We liked that it came with edging and looks very finished inside the bricking we provided. The mat stays interlocked even with the kids on it and the slightly uneven ground. We pulled some links apart to allow for drainage after cleanings and those few and far between rain showers. So far, we love it!
