I purchased these carabiners as an alternative to metal carabiners to use primarily to hold my stainless steel coffee mug on my backpack. Metal carabiners made too much noise as I hiked and I did not want to wrap my mug handle in 100 mph tape, so I chose this as an alternative. Mission Accomplished! These carabiners are surprisingly sturdy and tough. The spring action is firm and solid, no wiggle or side-to-side action as with some inexpensive carabiners. The spring action is as stiff and consistent today after a lot of use as it was on day 1. I didn't try to pull my truck with 100 of these linked together, that wasn't the mission. However, they became one of my favorite carabiners simply because they eliminated metal-on-metal contact and reduced my noise signature. If you're looking for a polymer carabiner and don't want to compromise on quality, I highly recommend this item. Another benefit was the weight. Most of my carabiners are hardcore and I struggled to find some I owned that was light without sacrificing durability and quality. Ounces = Pounds and Pounds = Pain. This is an excellent lightweight option that will handle most needs below hanging yourself out of a Blackhawk.

I use these to attach just about everything to my interior molle panels. I clear everything out when I drive it daily so this is an easy way to get everything loaded in for a trip in no time at all. And since they aren’t metal, zero noise while driving. Very cool. Seem sturdy. Light weight. Love it.

The Carabiner looks sturdy but don't push it too hard or it'll bend. 4 out of the set bent open and couldn't be fixed. As for the ones I used they held up pretty well. Be careful when opening them, that'll be my main recommendation.

When I bought these I was expecting cheap plastic pieces to secure a batting cage. What I got will actually hold up longer than I expect the cage netting will! 10/10 these are lightweight and durable. Love it!

So easy to use. So versatile. Great for someone like me who needs these but has to go through a metal detector daily for work. Great size and lays flat really well.

These work well for simple needs, but if they get wet (used outdoors in the elements) or constantly taken on/off, they will wear down/rust within a few months. You get what you pay for.
