Mugs super! Packaging isn’t. 1/2 mugs crushed.
Love the mugs. Outstanding! However, I ordered one set of 4 mugs and 2 of them were crushed. I wrote the seller to give them a chance to fix this. Did they want to replace the broken ones and pick up those broken ones? No answer. I love these mugs. And I needed more than two, so I ordered another set of 4. Opened the box and? 3 were fine. 1 was broken. Poor packaging. If they had responded and fixed this I would be leaving a negative rating. Hey! I still have the broken ones in their original packing and boxes! 3 out of 8 mugs I bought all broken in shipment.As I stated, the mugs are outstanding if they arrive in one piece. And I NEVER heard back from the seller.
