Gaspari Nutrition Proven Egg, 100% Egg White Protein, 25g Protein, Keto Friendly, Dairy and Lactose Free, Soy Free (2 lbs, Salted Caramel)

I am in love with this protein powder! Everything about it is amazing! I got the salted caramel flavor and it is really delicious.So it is a five stars product but I got it for $47.99 and only after the purchase I realized that I could buy it from a range of other vendors/websites, including the producer's own website for about $30.I understand a 10-20% price fluctuation but this difference just didn't make sense to me.

I had to switch from whey because I noticed I was experiencing indigestion and bloating after drinkiny post work out shake. Not the feeling you want to deal with after crushing it at the gym. So I tried a plant based protein first, which worked but the texture and flavor was awful.I saw great reviews for this egg protein and heard it could help so I went for it. The flavor is great! I've only tried Chocolate so far so I can't vouch for any other flavors just yet. Someone else mentioned that there was a strong artificial sugar flavor and I disagree. To be honest, most low carb protein orders are using some type of artificial sugar but I hardly notice it with Proven Egg. The flavor to me is 2nd only to Ghost, which I love but it's high in carbs and causes me bloating/indigestion.Next, this egg protein mixes sooooooo smooth and sooooooo easily. You notice right when you scoop it, it's not clumpy like other powders and doesn't really pack into the scoop. I actually mixed the protein in my shaker without the wire ball today and it was completely smooth. I didn't even realize I forgot it until I went to wash the shaker.

I usually get Jay Robb's egg protein, which is good, but you can taste the stevia. This stuff here is really really good. The flavor is amazing and not at all artificial - it feels like drinking chocolate milk. However, unlike Jay Robb's, this does not mix very well. I usually shake mine up in a jar and it doesn't get all the chunks (95% dissolved, 5% random chunks) and produces a thick foamy head that makes it a little difficult to drink. To reiterate, though, the taste of this stuff is first rate and I've never had a better tasting protein drink.

Seems so far like an excellent product with few ingredients and not all the crap additives most others add. My son has food allergies and seems to do great with this product for his workouts (says gives him great energy) and with trying to keep up on his calories and weight gain. We even bought the banana nut, which it very good too he says, AND IT DOESN'T ACTUALLY HAVE NUTS, OR NUT INGREDIENTS IN IT. My son has a peanut allergy. We checked with company on ingredients. I suggest they change the name on the canister, so nut sufferers will actually buy it. Banana Cream Maybe?? Overall quality product, will keep buying. :-)

I've personally only used the Richie's Peanut Butter Cup and it was the perfect replacement for whey protein that seemed to upset my digestive tract. This protein powder is excellent and tastes great. It's not salty, not sweet, tastes great and I mix it in a blender bottle with 8oz of coconut milk. Doing this has produced no excess froth or bubbles like others have mentioned (maybe it has something to do with other flavors?) I use this as a supplement to my protein needs for powerlifting.

I bought this stuff because it's supposed to be the most bioavailable protein available. Also, I was hoping that it would taste good because the only good tasting protein powder I ever bought was Muscle Meals from Iron Man Magazine. Most taste ok but many, quite frankly, suck badly. I honestly don't know exactly what this Chocolate flavor from Gaspari tastes like on it's own but it is freakin amazing when mixed with an Extreme Chocolate packet of Metrx. The Metrx itself is ok but nothing to write home about. The only problem I have is that I cannot find a scoop in it. This stuff tastes so good that they can send me as many scoop-less bottles as they want and I will not complain.If you're looking for the best tasting protein powder on the market then you just found it.

I’m very picky with my proteins after buying many brands that didn’t mix well, didn’t taste good, gave me gut issues and so on. This proven egg is good stuff folks you’ll like it. Taste is good And gives me zero gut issues. I’ve had banana nut bread and salted caramel both taste great really like drinking a tasty treat. I’ve increased my lean muscle mass using this product and hard work so I’m happy overall.

This is the first time I am using a protein supplement regularly. I like that this one is different using egg whites and is peanut butter cup flavoured. Don’t expect it to taste exactly like Reese’s peanut butter cups. It has a peanut butter flavour and this supplement has a very sweet taste thanks to the stevia sweetener. It doesn’t bother me. I can see adding this supplement with foods, but I am using it just with water now. It is foamy because it uses egg whites. I mix it with a Helimix because it has no mixing inserts, so easy cleanup, and it’s Made in the USA.I’ve been taking the supplement two times a day for workouts and also on my off day.All in all, I am very happy with this supplement. Because egg whites are salty, I understand for the extra sweetness. I am already running low, so I reordered.I like that it is very palatable for a protein supplement. A+Enjoy!

I wish Proven Egg made a straight chocolate product. Egg protein is super high quality and a must if you have any stomach issues related to lactose or whey protein. I find the taste of this tolerable but not very good. After two normal shakes with banana, powder and water I've moved to mixing it with some other unflavoured egg powder (which is pretty terrible tasting on its own.) and the reduction in sweetness is much better. Next shake I'm going to be doing the same thing and adding cocoa powder which I think might hit the spot. Would be a lot nicer if the powder on its own wasn't so sweet though. While not perfect I think straight chocolate is the best way to make egg protein taste good.

This flavour is good if you love coconut, I gave it a 4 because I have a few other favourites ahead of this flavour from this company.

The taste reminds me of artificially flavoured antibiotics I took as a child. But I love their other flavours.

Its really good. Good taste and all. Doesnt wanna make me puke pike others when I bottoms-up.Other than making my fart smell like rotten egg (dont fart in the train), this product is overall good.

１ヶ月程使用してみての感想です。味は他の方のレビューにもある通り、多少の卵のエグ味は後味に残ります。しかし、自分は乳糖不耐症であり過敏性腸症候群持ちなので豆類も乳製品も積極的に摂取できない為に4社ほどWPIプロテインを試してみましたが、結局どれも体に合わず腹痛を伴うためプロテインパウダーは断念していました。こちらの商品は卵からできている為、どうなのかと試したところ腹痛も全く無くとても助かりました！元から食が細いのもあり、過敏性腸症候群を気にしながら食品を選び筋肥大の為にタンパク質等の摂取を毎日何食も食事から行うのはとても大変で、トレーニングより自分はそっちが嫌でストレスでした。そのストレスに比べたら、この程度の後味はなんの問題もない度合いです。というか他社の甘味料ゴリゴリの甘すぎたり、ザ・作り物😵ってタイプの味のモノに比べたらさっぱりした甘さで普通に美味しく飲めます！まぁ味の好みは個人差なのでどうとも言えませんが、上記のように同じ様な体質で悩んでいる方には是非一度手にとって見ることをオススメします！溶けやすさもとても良いと思います。泡は確かに泡立ちやすいです。自分は泡が嫌な方ですが、こちらの商品は何故かあまり気にならず泡も飲めました。何というかキメ細かいのでまだ液体感があるというか？まぁここら辺も好みが分かれるでしょう。値段がお高めなので星4にしましたが、自分にとっては救世主の様なプロテインで大満足です！次は他の味も試してみます。
