This stuff is great! Fun quick “meal” that is macro friendly and feels like such a treat!

If you dont mind the overpowering taste of stevis then its fine. I personally dont and it had a VERY strong stevia flavor. It was just too much. The recipe calls for apple sauce which has enough sweetness on its own. It would be great without the stevia.

Has a slightly sandy texture but I love these. My favorite way to eat it is to do the microwave recipe but I add a full egg and no applesauce and then put some peanut butter on top as “frosting” after.

Love this because it’s so easy to make! I’m not a baker by any means, so I appreciate the simplicity!
