I got this product when I downloaded hogwarts legacy on my gaming laptop. After playing it for a few hours I noticed my laptop got super hot. My fiancé suggested getting a cooling plate for it. I ordered this one and it works great! Easy to install and it does cool down my laptop by spinning air. However my laptop still gets hot but not as much of a concern!

Hello. I bought the pad. I noticed that the item dimensions are different from what it is posted on the website: on the website: LxWxH 14.2 x 10.3 x 1 inches. Real dimensions are: 13.58x9.46x0.78It turned out the pad is smaller than my laptop. I would like to have it exchanged to the dimensions posted on the website. if you do not have it, I would like to return it. I have a MacBook Air it’s a 13.5 inch I believe I have a heavy duty case on it may be an hour and a half or two hours it’s already overheating I started using the fan and it’s perfect no longer overheat still kind of warm to the touch a bit but it’s not overheating there’s only one complaint I have on it and it’s the USB wire to turn it on is so short like super short I Tried using another long wire I had wasn’t working with it so I had to use a really long extension cord Till I find a USB wire long enough that it works with cause I attach it to the power outlets in the wall not my laptop Other than that no complaints its perfect The fans are silent you barely even hear them It’s the perfect size for it to be portable And it’s super light not heavy at all

I have a 15" Lenovo T590 that was thermal throttling and crashing due to over heating when the system is under load. Desperate for stability I put this cooling pad under it and it has made a world of difference. Before the cooling pad a video conference calls with 10+ people (cameras on), ambient room temps around 26 Celsius would get the CPUs going above 90 degrees Celsius with spikes in the high 90s, usually the machine will lockup in the high 90s.This particular machine draws air in from the bottom and exhausts out the side making this type of cooling pad ideal (not all laptops do that, make sure to check yours). If I orient the cooling pad as deigned the line of 2 fans are in the back, on those same conference calls have CPUs in the low 80s but not thermal throttling or locking up - progress! Looking at the vents, the fan orientation along with a touch test this laptop getting hotter in the back then the front. Given the line of 3 fans look like they would do better in the rear then then the front. I rotated around the cooling pad such that the 3 fans are venting to the rear of the laptop (and laying the feet flat), now those same video calls the CPUs are in the high 60s / low 70s, even better progress!I do like this pad because it fits may laptop well, without sticking out the sides. I can also make to fans directly line up with the vents.Turning it around backwards does make it work but the USB power cord sticks out the front, which is a little ugly, I may try to buying a USB cable with an L shaped head to conceal the cable better. Also I can't raise the angle being oriented backwards but I was looking for something to lay more flat anyway so not a big deal.I wish I could turn off the LEDs but they do not bother me too much.

So I recently I got a new gaming laptop and of course that I needed a cooling pad. At first I didn't look into cooling fans, so I ended getting another brand and it was not great. It was big and bulky, kinda annoying to deal with, so I did a better research this time, and came across this one. I love it. It's thin, and lightweight. Not loud at all. I recommend it.

My MacBook runs its fan pretty hard on my video chats, so I thought I'd get this to lower my laptop's heat and fan noise.The good news: 1. It does a good job of keeping my computer cooler. 2. It's almost exactly the same footprint as my 15" laptop so it's aesthetically nice. 3. Even when it is off, the vented surface helps to keep my computer cooler.The bad news: 1. It's about as loud as my MacBook running its fan at a medium level. So, when I turn on the cooling pad, it sounds like my laptop is working hard all the time. 2. I thought the variable fan dial would be nicer than on/off, but the difference in sound level between slowest and fastest is only about 20%. 3. The dial is a rather smooth hard plastic. If it were rubberized or had deeper grooves in it, your finger would easily adjust it. As it is though, my finger often slips while trying to turn it on/off and while adjusting the speed. 4. It would be nice if the dial was on the front or side of the pad. Since it makes about as much noise as my computer, I'd like to turn it on to assist with cooling only when my computer is making fan noise. To have a switch on the front or side would make this convenient. With it on the back, I have to reach around and fumble to turn it on. Yes, I could turn the unit around, but then the USB cable would be protruding out the "front."Summary: It will definitely get used and will do what it's designed to do, just a couple of tweaks would make it perfect.

My work laptop constantly overheats. This Lamicall cooling pad is slim, easily portable, and keeps my laptop cool. It is quiet. I mean you can hear the fans turning but it is very soft sounding. Extremely pleased with the price and product. Glad I made this purchase!

I’ve been using it at work for my laptop. This thing works great at keeping my laptop cool and fans are super quiet. I would definitely recommend!
