ECR4Kids ACE Active Core Engagement Wobble Stool, 15-Inch Seat Height, Flexible Seating, Green

I am using this chair in my classroom. I love that this chair allows my third graders to move while they work. Research is showing that Incorporating movement throughout the school day makes students less fidgety and more focused on learning. Improving on-task behavior and reducing classroom management challenges are among the most obvious benefits of adding physical activities to your teaching toolkit. I find this to be accurate in every way and these chair definitely help me accomplish this with my students. I highly recommend them for your classroom!!!You can see my two chairs in the pictures. I would love one for every child... but since they are pricey, I use them in my small group areas. I own this one and I own the Kore Patented WOBBLE Chair. While I like the color of the Core, I prefer the ECR4Kids. It moves but just the right amount.

I bought this as a supplemental seat in my start-up’s crowded office. I’m a bigger person (5’7” and well over 200 lbs.), and I still am comfortable on it as a desk chair as well as during meetings — and my office mates all love it, too. It’s light-weight and slim form mean that we all easily move it from place to place, desk to conference room and back.

I really like this stool. It allows the perfect amount of movement. I have another kind of wobble stool in my classroom that is very wobbly, but my kids actually prefer this one. They say it's more comfortable and they don't feel like they are going to fall off of it. It also make me feel better knowing that they have more control and balance. I've only had these stools for a couple of weeks. I'm hoping they will hold up well to the abuse they will receive from a 2nd grade class. I'm having to buy a few at a time since the money is coming out of my pocket. It's worth it.

I teach 2nd grade and was looking for seating options that fit the needs of my students, meaning they can work at their desk but still rock and wiggle. I have a few students who like to attempt balancing acts with their chairs while rocking them back and forth, balance on one leg, etc. It usually ends with them falling out of their chair which is a safety hazard and a distraction. I knew the design of this chair was what I needed and the price was the biggest selling point...since its coming out of my own pocket. It arrived sooner than quoted already assembled and my students LOVED it and it worked wonderfully. My students who really like to push their gravitational limits on their regular chairs were able to do all their wiggly stunts without falling over or causing a distraction. I ordered a 2nd and will order more. The design is sturdy and it's much more affordable than other brands.

I got 1 for my first graders at my computer station and they all love it, so I have purchased 2 more. They are sturdy and no assembly is required! They don't wobble as much as their competitors (the $60+ ones that are plastic and blue) but the competitor chairs scratch up the floor and these don't. These chairs have a rubber bottom which is nice as it keeps them in one place better and doesn't scratch the floors. Good deal for the money I am saving up so I can get a full set of 6 for all my classroom computers. I also love how they come in a range of colors.

I can not say enough how awesome these are! This stools withstood a lot of use and did not break or show wear. They’re easy to wipe down and clean. They’re sturdy to sit and rock on, even an adult can sit on them. They don’t tip too much and I rarely saw a child fall off. If they did, they could always catch themselves much easier than falling out of a regular chair. This increased participation in activities. All kids were able to focus so much better on one of these especially kids with ADHD. I would buy this for every child if I could. I also loved the angles at the top which made it so the kids could hold on (you don’t think they’d need to, but the do when they’re squirmy. This worked well at a regular sized child’s school table. The 15” size was a little big for preschoolers (still able to sit, but feet dangled). But worked well for 1st-6th grade with the perfect fit being at 2nd grade. I would buy the 15” if working with elementary because like I said even as an adult I could still sit on it. The kids all preferred this stool to a chair when given the option.

I bought 4 for my classroom (15") and am completely satisfied. I thought at first they were going to be too small but when I brought them into school, they were perfect. I like that the bottom is rubber so they don't slide out from under the kids. We borrowed a different style from our OT which had a plastic bottom and it's very slippery on a tile floor. My kiddo was gliding through the room and sometimes off the stool. I don't have to worry about that with these ones. They seem well made, solid and I think they will hold up through the rigors of second grade. They are a smooth plastic and can be easily wiped down. I like the not skid top as well. Highly recommend!

I like that the chairs wobble to allow for movement, however because the bottom is rubber, they do not slide in an out for the students to stand up from their tables. I ordered two, one of them had the top fall off immediately! I was able to put the top part back on but it falls off the second I flip it over. They don’t stay clean, even after I wipe them down the base looks dirty 😔. I kept the ones I received but would not order again. I use them for kindergarten students. They are the perfect height for them.

Brilliant stool and my son loves it! He wriggles a lot and would often fall off his other chair. He has been much more stable on this stool. It’s great for sensory regulation and helps kids be in the optimal posture for table top tasks. Highly recommend!!
