California Springs 20oz. Bio Green Classic Twist Bottle, Standard Frosted Clear

I purchased these because I like the standard water bottle that pretty much every bike shop sells. The thing is, I lose my water bottles on a regular basis. It's a problem. So, I decided to get these for a few dollars each instead of buying the more expensive ones at the bike shop.They are VERY similar to bicycle style water bottles but have a few differences/issues:- The lid leaks if you don't tighten it VERY hard. A problem for me, I put it in my backpack sometimes.- The valve is oval shaped. It feels awkward opening it with my teeth while riding. Its not a big deal, it's just I don't like it.That said, I like the price because I'm going to lose them.**Review Edit**- I've had these for a few weeks and I've broken 2 of them from dropping them on the ground and the brittle lids breaking off and spilling water all over the floor. I won't be buying these again. Not impact resistant at all.

I bought 15 of these as the giveaway at a 9 year old's bday party. The pull top "nozzle" portion was difficult to VERY difficult to pull up on all of them. All of them leaked from the closed top nozzle when turned upside down. These are two things you don't want for a bunch of 9 year olds. However, given the range of options out there, I wouldn't want it for myself either.

Got two of these water bottles. The valve on one of the bottles was nearly impossible to open. The valve on the other bottle worked great, but the lid leaked all around the edges. I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money for water bottles, but I can't even say that I got what I paid for as neither bottle was usable. For what they cost, it wasn't worth it to even try and return them.

These have worked very well for generic water bottles. They have held up well to regular use, and you just can't beat the price! I bought 5 thinking that they would fall apart quickly, but haven't had a single problem. They don't seem to have that awful plastic smell/ flavor that I've found with other bottles. If you're looking for a basic water bottle, this is it.

This is a very nice basic water bottle. I purchased it for an "off label" use as a dish soap dispenser. It works great for this. It's very pliable material so easy to squeeze to get soap out. I bet it would work well as a water bottle too.

Water fits nicely.

I got few of these bottles. They are very simple, not expensive, and over all very good. I like the transparent white plastic so you can clearly see how much left in the bottle.I like the oval black valve (it is not circle but a bit oval) better than the more common circle one.

I liked the simple design and the price was right so I bought 4. They fit perfectly in the bottle cages already mounted on my bike and are nice enough to use in the car. Will probably buy more.
