This has a good ratio of each nut, not just a bag full of the cheaper ones. They appear to be of reasonable quality and taste good.

Now that I have got through several bags of these I can write a review. Good mix, always taste fresh unlike some nut mixes. People should have a handful of nuts like these every day. They are so important in providing certain essential nutrients.These are brilliant quality and value!Here is my philosophy for eating a handful of fresh nuts every day, that is unless you have a nut allergy.They are basically a fruit/seed without its hard, outer coat. Just an embryo plant and a food store. The store must provide everything a young plant needs to grow until it can make its own food using sunlight. A long hard slog through the soil in the dark! Apart, from the usual: carbs, fats, protein etc. it provides all the essential minerals, vitamins, micronutrients and trace elements the young plant may need. Although human requirements may differ, we have a lot of similar requirements. Even today little is known about the role of certain, trace elements etc. in our metabolism. Fresh nuts therefore will probably provide us with nutrients that may be missing in our modern diet. I eat far more of a handful every day and believe they keep me extremely healthy. Great product

These mixed nuts are ideal for me. I think they’re good value for money and they last a long time. I sprinkle some in my breakfast cereal, plus also munch on some if I’m hungry, and they’re good for you.

I found far many peanuts and not sufficient of the other varieties so this time not happy 😡
