These are so tasty! I eat them every day. They are worth it.

I'm doing keto and bought these rather stupidly w/o first reading the label to check carb count. The Fiber One brownie and cinnamon bars are only 2g net carbs, so I didn't think this would be much higher -that's my bad. Net carbs is 20, which equals an entire day of keto food. OK, that to the side, as that was my error... these do taste great! Unfortunately, there is a reason they taste great. Namely, they contain all the unhealthy garbage General Mills puts into food that we grown folks grew up with as kids. Sugar is the third ingredient and corn syrup is four. Most of the remaining ingredients are not too bad, but the label does stress bioengineered foods were used. Bottomline, this tastes quite good and offers needed fiber (might make you gassy but you will poop); that said, it is not for health conscious people or those who are diabetic or watching sugars/carbs. It's more of a treat than a healthy food. Nothing wrong with a treat sometimes but be mindful that this is not a healthy snack nor should it be anyones daily breakfast everyday. Fine to grab and go on occasion but if you are going to eat a bar for breakfast every day, you could do better with a healthier option. Even for kids, I'd say this is preferable to super sugary snacks like but still not really healthy. So, enjoy this as a treat but do not feed to diabetics -just don't... you are just helping to kill them. I don't recommend to pre-diabetics either. This is why we need to read labels, folks! There is no need to see bioengineered products or corn syrup in anything we buy -it's the very definition of not caring about the health of the consumer customer by using the cheapest possible ingredients available on earth. Meanwhile, this box was more expensive than a dozen pasture-raised organic eggs.

I try to stay health conscious when it comes to my diet. When I saw these bars, I just had to try them after looking at the nutrition. This is a fantastic source of fiber!When mornings or afternoons become busy, I can easily have a source of fiber to help keep me full until I have time for my next meal. Personally, I love snacks with oats in them, so this was a pleasent snack to have around the house. The price is fair and the only downsides would be the sweetness. These are a little too sweet for my liking; but it definitely does satisfy any sweet cravings!

These are so hard to find in stores, and when they are available in the brick-and-mortar stores, they are more expensive. The fiber does so much for you, especially if you are a senior.
