It came partially assembled, hence the final assembly was quick and could be done without additional hands. The unit functions as expected and, unlike the sleds without wheels, can be used anywhere and with unnecessary noise. More importantly it does the job; it gets your heart rate going and directly impacts the quads and calves.

I love the workout you get from the XPO Trainer - it’s a great tool whether you’re rehabbing an injury or training for high-level sports. It works well on all surfaces, doesn’t require a big stack of plates, and is super easy to store. The construction is very solid (and cool if you’re into the engineering aspects) and their customer service is exceptional! Definitely a piece of equipment the whole family can use and benefit from.

This is an awesome piece of equipment. I wish I would have looked into something like this a long time ago.It arrived about 36 hours after I ordered it on Amazon and was very easy to put together (especially if you use your own socket wrench instead of the tool they give you).Like everyone said, it moves rather easy if you lightly push it forward. But once you try going fast, it’s very tough. I found that using one 45-pound plate made it a smoother push. It wasn’t so much traction on my driveway, but without the plate, it felt like the back wheels could come slightly off the ground if I pushed too hard to one side. The plate easily solved this.My driveway is uphill and it only took a few times of pushing the sled as hard as I could up it before I was smoked. It was easy to walk back down the driveway after each effort.This sled isn’t cheap, but it’s worth it. My wife doesn’t like it when I spend a lot on fitness equipment and she normally wouldn’t do this type of workout. However, once I had her try it, she was amazed at how beneficial an exercise it was in such little times. And you can do it outdoors, which was a big plus for her.It’s light to handle and store. I was going to keep it in my basement gym, but it was very easy to store in my garage. I take the poles off and sit it up against the wall with a bungee cord to secure it. That’s it.I’m very happy with my purchase.

I am loving the sled and watching my clients tackle my very long and steep driveway punching the sled. I only have it 5 stars because on a flat surface it’s not really that challenging even w hundreds of pounds on it. Also i wish you could pull it backwards w out using a strap or resistance band. Also some of my clients find it hard to turn around so i go do it for them. All in all though it’s a great addition to my gym.

Easy to assemble and smooth and quiet, this sled is everything I was looking for both for personal use and use with my patients and other clients. Anyone no matter their current level of fitness, pain, dysfunction, however you want to describe it, can get to work and start getting stronger, fitter, and better. The ease of use and how smooth and quiet it is means you can double down on your conditioning even if you live in a quiet neighborhood where people may not appreciated the terrible screech of the classic metal sled! Highly recommend!

My husband has a personal training business out of our home. We needed a sled that was easy to store (have it hanging on the wall behind a door) when not in use, light enough for me to be able to get it set up & put away by myself when training alone, & could be used on concrete. After using a traditional weight sled for a year, we knew we needed to upgrade to one with wheels but that was affordable. The old one ended up being such a pain to use that it sat around most of the time. All of his clients are able to push the sled no matter their age or conditioning level so they feel a "win" being able to join in this activity. Weight doesn't need to be taken on & off when working with clients of different strengths/sizes as with our old sled. Even our kids get in on the action! We have rigged rope to it for pulling on occasion, although it's not designed to be a pulling sled but it does work. We like putting a sandbag on it for the traction weight to alternate between sandbag carries & sled push. Killer! Customer service has been top notch & personal. Thankful for being able to purchase on Prime for Free shipping. Would highly recommend this sled for home gyms & big box gyms.

I don’t dislike anything. Sturdy, aggressive and stylish. You can’t handle 15-20 minutes back and forth for 100 meters without taking rest. It’s really worth it if you are seeking some lethal cardio, endurance, fat burning and strength exercise.Size is great and it runs over any surface in a quite Way!

I bought this for my home gym setup. The primary users are my children who are wrestlers and no stranger to intense cardio workouts . I was going to buy a standard prowler sled until I ran across a review for this one on YouTube. I must say this thing delivers. We use it on our sidewalk and the street in front of our house and it is a killer workout. It is built like a tank and is holding up perfectly. If you want a sled that is ideal for use on the street, look no further this thing is a the one.
