Marriage's Organic Strong Malted Brown Bread Flour 1kg

We used this to make loaves which were not too high in potassium but tasted lovely at about 20% of the whole meal added. The seeds were sifted out before mixing with the plain flour and spread on top of the loaves when they were put in the oven. Delicious!

The bread made with this flour is fantastic, the smell and flavor make you want to keep on eating it. A bit expensive, but you do pay a premium for organic products

Used this to make homemade granary bread. Makes a tasty loaf either by hand or in bread makeing machine

I like Marriages Flour, it’s the best I’ve used. I’ve knocked a star off because the picture shown is of whole meal bread flour, what you actually get is malted bread flour not the same thing at all, to be fair it does say that in the written description, but like some others I looked at the picture, and only later realised.

I've tried lots of flours over the years and this has to be my favourite. A delicious malty flavour. Recommended.

Made a loaf of Bread in the bread maker, it was delicious! Bit too expensive to buy again tho.
