I have waited 7 months to review this item. Despite having a few bite holes, this has stood up to all the almost daily gnawing of my dog who is a top tier chewer and still works as intended. Kong Extremes, while made of tougher material, kept splitting apart where the 'nodes' join. The gentler shape of the Ruffwear product seems to hold together much better.

This is the second one I have purchased but the first is still going strong. Not many things last long with my largest Staffie, this is one has. Rubber is soft enough to be kind to teeth and gums but strong enough to survive.

My dog had this toy no longer than 5 minutes, it was chewed to bits, she almost chocked on a part of it. Definitely not chew resistance, and false information about the product

This is really good, nice size and nice sized hole. Has withstanded 3 staffies, a bull terrier, a Boston, a Frenchie and a spaniel. They love it. Will be ordering more!

Dog loves this as it bounces about when dropped or thrown. Purchased as an alternative to KONG brand. Seems to be just as durable and my GSD hasnt been able to destroy or damage it yet. Have bought another as well as the stick as I am so impressed and he loves them!

We love ruffwear products and after getting the gnawt a stick (Great success) we bought this. It’s soooooo good and easy to clean after using as a treat dispenser. Thoroughly recommend

Standing up to the abuse of a 6months Lab. She loves it too

This is slightly larger than the Medium Kong, so holds more and doesn't have an internal ridge so easier for my dog to lick clean so no residue left behind. Has more of a matte texture too, so easier to grip.
