Anytime it comes to my boat motor, I ALWAYS try to use OEM parts. Especially with somethings as important as the impeller. Why try to save a few dollars on something of poor quality when it has such a crucially important job? Don’t nickel and dime on the impeller, go with the OEM kit!! Everything is there, plus some for different variations of lower units, everything fits, and it’s all quality stuff. Comes with fairly detailed instructions with pictures. You won’t be disappointed in this purchase!

Deceitful listing
The item I received, being listed as an OMC original part was nothing of the sort. The brown box was totally unlabeled, as were all of the parts. No OMC instructions were included as the listing showed, and the special shaft lube was missing. This water pump was Chinese junk being sold as an OE Evinrude part. Do yourself a favor and buy the real thing. Water pump replacement is time and labor intensive, so don't take a chance on junk.

Recommend replacing ever 2 seasons if ran often. Great kit!
All parts were present and of highest quality. Instructions were clear and concise. Definitely a 2 person job. Water pressure improved from 0 to 18psi at idle.
