Bandai Tamashii Nations S.H.Figuarts Sailor Uranus "Sailor Moon" Action Figure

Sailor Uranus is another beautiful figure to add to your S.H. Figuarts collection. I have four other figures in the line and this one by far I am entirely impressed with.First off, I had a great shipping experience because I ordered on a Thursday night and received her by Tuesday. She came her with very own box! OF course as everyone else has said, this was the perfect idea for your figuart box to come with no damage. (It's so nice you wish they had did this from the get go with Moon!)I really liked the claw for the stand was in the packaging mold with Uranus, it's as if Tamashii finally utilized a lot of the space instead of having it taped to the back in the three plastic bag thing (base, stand, claw) which was standard for the ones previously. Other than that, I didn't get any duplicates of faces or anything. Everything is painted with fantastic detail and the bonus Moon face was another big thing for me. (She enjoys it already!)Uranus is no problem to pose and her hands (oh, bless these hands! I had such a problem with Mercury a couple months back, if you can find that review)- come off and pop on with no issue. Honestly I'm still trying to figure out how to use a lot of her hands, haha. She has SO many of them! Her faces are nice as well, don't get confused though if you think you have two of the same. Fear not as it's one where she is looking every so slightly to the right. (kind of silly but it does fit Haruka).MINOR thing but important: When using the other set of arms, DO NOT LOSE THE WHITE SLEEVE CUFFS. Please be extra careful to change the arms over a surface just in case one decides to (and most likely will) fall off the figuart. It's meant to do this and it is not a defect. In the end it really is cool to have interchangeable arms!She is the 5th addition to my little Figuart collection, and practically towers over Saturn. I'm not sure which one I'll get next since I do get them in random order. I'm not sure what more there is to say, so I'll just say Sailor Uranus is highly recommended as always!

As excited as I was to purchase and recieve this, and as much as I want to give it five stars in spirit, there are definitely a few issues. For one, the joint on the right wrist broke within literally 10 minutes of me having opened the box. I've dealt with similar figures before - I have a few figma and such, and i'm aware the joints are made of small plastic, so i'm generally quite careful/I know I wasn't using excessive force, but it just snapped right off as I was putting one of the other hand options on, and that small peg is definitely permanently stuck in that hand now. I actually initially really disliked the single piece "crossed arms" she came with, but i'm actually greatful for them now - at least then she doesn't have to be one handed that way - though they are a HUGE pain in the ass to get on properly.A few other things worth mention:- like stated in another review, I had issues with one of her arms just falling off randomly (before the wrist joint broke, I had to reattach that arm at least twice) and I definitely blame it on the seperate sleeve pieces - it has a little divot that lines up with a piece on the arm that sticks out, but it's not like it snaps together, so it can easily twist and displace the arm- Getting the front of her hair off to switch face plates is a little hard, and maybe it was just my luck today or something, but the face plate it had on initially was REALLY stuck on there. I don't like being rough on these types of figures, so it took me maybe 5 or more minutes to get it off, and I was scared the neck would snap :(As for the positives, this figure is gorgeous and well-painted - the details are well done and I definitely don't regret buying it. If I get sick of the broken arm, it's not like I'd regret purchasing it again or anything - this is one of the most reasonably priced sailor scouts in this line of figures ($70.00 before shipping for Sailor Saturn as of the time of this review... Like, really? No.) I just wish there was a way to purchase replacement joints instead of the whole figure - it seems like a waste.

Bandai continues to improve in both figure and packaging quality. Sailor Uranus is another well built, beautiful Sailor Scout to add to your collection. On my figure the paint applications were spot on and the joints were that perfect mixture of secure and poseable. She comes with some great extras including a pair or crossed arms, her saber and as a bonus you get Sailor Moon's heart-eyed 'love' face. This was only available in the first edition Sailor Moon figure and for someone that came into the line after that it was a nice addition. Haruka is a tall scout, on par in height with Sailor Jupiter and they both tower over Sailor Saturn. The colors really pop on this figure, from the deep metallic purple to the bright yellow bow on front; the stock pictures do not do the figure justice.The packaging was much improved on this release. For shipping the retail package was inside a cardboard mailer from Bandai (this is the first I have purchased from Amazon that came as such) and made for a pristine MIB item (for those who collect like that). Upon opening It was nice that the extra hands are on plastic trees for easier storage. The heart shaped stand is still taped to the back of the insert, but the support bar and clasp are now on the insert as well. Having dealt with a broken piece in the past it was nice that these are now securely stowed.

The media could not be loaded.  The seller's packaging is outstanding! I was so surprised and was so touched also for I have received a simple yet very sentimental gift (that came with the product) and it made me feel the love and care of the seller and JAPAN! I am so moved! The product is absolutely genuine and worthwhile! It came 2 days earlier than the supposed date of arrival! Your are a good seller and a good person which this world will always need!
