I haven’t installed this faucet yet but I already like it. It came in impressive packaging, like kind used for delicate instruments, and is well made with solid pieces and hardware. There are even gloves in the box to protect the finish during installation. I had some questions about the instructions so I called Artiqua and got answers right away. They even texted pictures to help clarify. This is nearly the last step of a remolding project and I was shocked at how much money these faucets can cost. I was worried one for under $300 might not be good quality. This faucet is a good value, looks great and I’m glad we didn’t spend over a $1000 on something else.

Overall like the material and heaviness to the material. Feels like it is sturdy and good quality material. Have reached out to the company to get 28" waterline ordered as it came with a 30" and is too long. Its nice to have a contact to help with additional pieces to make sure the quality of the product and be installed and function properly. I really like this about the company.

Nice product, sturdy built and easy to put together. I did have a problem with the cold water line and called Artiqua customer service and they are sending me a new cold and hot water line at no charge and no shipping cost. The company is great to deal with if there is a problem.

I bought bolts and washers and nuts to anchor it to the subfloor rather than the expansion hardware they include and would suggest doing the same for a more sturdy mounting. Fixture met expectations. Flow rate is adequate but slightly slower than what we had before so it takes a little longer to fill tub than we were used to.

Water flow is very weak. Sprayer water flow is strong. This faucet is very tall, make sure you do your measurements againt the tub you are installing.

Beautiful faucet for a great price. We had to order smaller hoses to make it fit with our configuration and the seller ordered and shipped them right away! Great communication from seller. A definite buy!!

Beautiful product. Customer service is responsive and quickly returned my email. I was able to get custom feed lines too.

This faucet is the perfect addition to my master bath. It was placed behind my freestanding tub. I have had so many compliments. The customer service was excellent. I had questions about the installation. Ling was very helpful. I recommend this faucet without hesitation!!!
