perfect to satisfy my sweet tooth at breakfast!
I tried one out from my grocery store before committing to a 12 pack- but OMG I love these! It's perfect for satisfying my sweet tooth and definitely a better choice than honey buns or the super sugar-y muffins I buy at the cafe in the morning.I generally eyeball the water to add but it can definitely get a little doughy (which I happen to like)- but it is really dependent on the strength of your microwave. Our microwave at work (where I eat these most frequently) is weaker and causes them to be a little doughy even after adding 10-15 seconds. I did the same thing at home and it was a perfectly done muffin- just depends on the power of your microwave. Either way- I just eat it with a spoon. So far I like the blueberry and apple cinnamon - have not tried the double chocolate. The flapjack protein minute mix was a little bland but I bet would be could if you added some fruit on top.If you're doing weight watchers the apple cinnamon is about 11 points (using water, not milk)- to make it more filling, I've been adding half of a banana after it cooks for 0 extra points- SO GOOD! tastes like the freshest banana bread ever. Cannot say enough about these- probably my favorite food I've ordered from Amazon. For the past 5 days, I've had one at breakfast then 1 at lunch with banana and I've dropped some lbs :)

Wonderful product
Needed to fill 1 more item for my monthly subscribe and save because they ran out of something else. Found these and was skeptical but after reading the comments I pulled the trigger and boy am I glad I did. These are absolutely divine. A little high on the sugar content but the sustained energy from quality while grain ingredients gives enough fiber to stave off hunger until lunchtime. I usually team this up with some form of protein and I am on cloud 9 cruising in to lunch without a crash or the feeling like I must eat the entire cabinet.Highly recommend the apple and cinnamon.

Easy to prepare, tasty, but are they muffins?
I've been using Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes pancake mix for a few years and love it! I knew they had branched out into other breakfast treats, so I finally decided to try their Minute Muffins.I've tried two flavors of these: Blueberry and Apple Cinnamon, and I definitely prefer the taste and texture of the Apple Cinnamon. I've tried multiple cooking times and find that with my microwave, 55 seconds is perfect. Both perform about the same: they rise to near the top of the cup, then sink back down to about the 2/3 level (the Apple Cinnamon a little higher -- maybe 3/4). Neither looks like the photos showing the top of the muffin above the rim of the cup. So there's that.I kind of hesitate to call these muffins. They don't come out of the cup easily (I still haven't figured out how to get one out without destroying it), so I have to eat it with a fork. That sort of takes it out of the realm of "muffin" in my book.UPDATE! I figured out how to get one of these out of the cup intact. First, let it cool almost completely (wait 10-15 minutes or so). Then, using a fork, insert the tines between the muffin and the cup along the side and remove; move over a bit and insert tines again and remove (don't "slide" the fork around the cup and don't use a knife -- the muffin sticks to the knife); work your way around the cup twice -- this makes sure most of the side is separated from the cup. Now, flip the cup upside down onto a plate (paper or otherwise), and smack it a couple of times. The muffin should fall out of the cup. It's still kind of fragile, but at least you have a "muffin" rather than a "breakfast treat that you have to eat with a fork."HOWEVER, they are both fluffy and tasty for sure. The blueberry is a little "gummy" -- not horrendously so, but enough that it's noticeable (tried increasing the cook time and that just made it dense and gummy instead of light/fluffy and gummy). The Apple Cinnamon, however, is near perfection, probably due to the inclusion of rolled oats which give it some texture. I find that adding a bit of butter just after taking it from the microwave gives it some extra flavor -- I've also sprinkled the Apple Cinnamon with a little cinnamon sugar.I've just put the Apple Cinnamon on subscribe & save, so I really do like it. The blueberry is "just OK" due to the texture. Haven't tried the other flavors but I may give the chocolate Minute Muffins a go.

Quick and easy yummy muffins
Love these little muffin cups, but I have two recommendations to make them perfect: 1) they tend to be a little dry, so I add a tsp of Greek yogurt to make it more moist and add protein. Maybe you could add a little dehydrated yogurt to the batch or something? 2) A less sugary version with some artificial sweeteners would be great for people trying to cut sugar.

I WANT TO EAT THEM ALL
All I can say is I LOVE THESE MUFFINS.If you are expecting these to taste like grocey store packadged muffins or muffins from a box mix, you will be proven wrong. The taste is much different, and in my opinion better. It is something of a combination of oatmeal and regular muffin, with the sweetness being a little less. The consistency is also MUCH lighter than store bought muffins, and is a touch dryer as well. This, in my opinion, is good as it just tastes a lot more 'real' rather than tasting as if extra sugar was added to cover up preservatives and the like. The apple cinnamon is well balanced, with neither flavor overpowering the other.

A rare thing: tasty, convenient, and wholesome
These are amazing. It really takes only 60 seconds in a microwave to make these muffins. They taste great and use only simple ingredients. The blueberry ones taste even better, but my wife won't let me get them because the blueberry ones leave the kitchen smelling of blueberries for hours afterwards.

Great for breakfast on the go!
I love these muffins! I'm tracking macros and my coach wants me to his 140p/135c/30f and 25g of fiber daily. This is my typical breakfast because it has protein AND fiber. I also got the almond poppy seed. Those taste great but the macros aren't the same.I highly recommend these and all of the other kodiak products!
