Oxford Handbook of Psychiatry 3e and Drugs in Psychiatry 2e Pack 3rd Edition

Very convenient if you need to quickly review must-know topics in psychiatry. It is rather comprehensive for a handbook.Some other books are more convenient for patient liaison/child and adolescent/therapy/etc, but if you are looking to buy only One psychiatry book: buy this one.As others posted, print size is on the small side, but still easy to read (at least to me).Regarding the seller: slow delivery. They said they were whipping from within the US. Yet, I got the book almost three (3) weeks later!!!! (I ordered the book because I was about to do a psych rotation, and got the book on my very last week).

The name says it all, excellent book. Very comprehensive and helpful for a handbook, everything you need in pocket during on callsA must have for a psychiatry resident BUT also for other medical practitioners when searching for a specific subject.

This book points out all necessary information in summarized form. For deeper information the Oxford Textbook of Psychiatry is better. But for a quick look up it is totally sufficient.For students it is a good book, as the needed information is given in short form.
