I've used thermogenic supplements for years and recently decided to try this. It definitely works well and although I wouldn't say I notice anything about the energy level (I am naturally high energy, so I don't notice the "kick of caffeine" others do) I can tell it's working. Some days I feel it more than others (where I basically am sweating up such a big storm I feel like death while working out... see below for more on this), and I only take it once in the morning at 5:30-6AM, but I'll feel it through at least half to over half of my day. I can't tell how taking 2 pills (suggested) would make me feel, but I wouldn't say it's a bad decision to try! And I definitely will be sticking with this over the powder supplements from now on, as I feel it lasts so much longer and works better than those.As for feeling like death and sweating more than intended, I have noticed that if I'm not staying hydrated enough (before, during or anytime after a workout, or on days I don't even workout) I get overheated or feel sick. It feels like you have a fever, with some jittery shakes feelings coursing through my extremities (NO, that's not BAD - it's almost like when you've over-exerted during a run on the treadmill and you get off and you're shaking... don't take this the wrong way it's not detrimental or terrible feeling!! You're just like oh crap, I should drink something!) Once I rehydrate, however, the feeling is gone and I feel much better. So if you're afraid of dehydrating on this, trust me... you're gonna know when you need more water. Regardless, though, I'd suggest keeping yourself well hydrated with or without this pill!

These give me the energy to get my workout in while keeping me engerized! I sometimes also use them if I am working late and need a boost.I haven’t seen any weight loss with these and I have been taking at least 1 a day for over a year.I will continue to take them to get me going in the morning.

They work for fast energy they cause me no jitters or itchy feeling. The downside is if you burp after taking one it has a strong medicine taste.
