Heel Inc Homeopathic Remedies: T-Relief Arnica + 12, 1.76 oz

This is ok while used with other methods for heel pain (for me). What has worked for me is a combination of this ointment at bedtime, three pairs of shoe inserts to pad the heel (in 3 pr of shoes) and this method I learned from a friend who sells $400 inserts: you take 2 small , empty bottles of soda. When they're empty, fill each near the top with water and freeze. Each day, once or twice, you put them on carpeting "cap to cap' and roll them under your arch. Oh; also make sure you wear larger than normal soft tennis shoes. Not leather ones but lightweight ones. I wear New Balance. The combo of the above has made a HUGE difference in my pain and my life. I can now walk around the house without pain and even drive to the farmers' market and walk around. If I follow up with the grocery store after all of that I must take the bottles out of the freezer and/or get to bed ASAP! Plantar facilitis needs feet to REST. Not to run !!

Not sure it worked as well as others described. It did help some, but defiantly did not do near as much as the doctors prescription.

VERY effective for minor to sub-major pain. My wife has acute pain. It helps her some, but only for an hour or less. It helps my back pain quite a bit and lasts for hours.

Worked very well! I recommend it to anyone having muscle pain.

My acupuncturist recommended this for bruising and I have used it ever since. I use it more for muscle soreness and it works better than any other topical cream I have used. My husband even uses it and he does not use homeopathic remedies at all. It really works, and I have a lot of back and neck pain, and it really takes the edge off. it is good to make bruising disappear too.

This says that the product was T-Relief, but, I ordered Traumeel. Traumeel is the best product ever created. This product relieves all kind of joint and muscle pain. I'm an Irish dancer, and I could not perform without this product. I love it, and I'm so sad that this product is being bought out by another company, which is T-Relief, and does not work much.
