Elite Bulk Chemi-Pure for Aquarium, 6.5-Ounce, 6-Pack

I am a marine aquarist and have a 180, 150, 30, 8, and 5 gallon. I use reactors with a high quality carbon and GFO on my large systems and I use this on the three smaller tanks. This is a highly recommended product by a very reputable, scientifically based, research aquatic site. It is not meant to be dumped into reactors, so I don't like that about it, but it performs very well on smaller systems or systems without reactors. Choice of carbon is VERY important and all carbons are NOT the same. If you have marine fish, especially those prone to HLLE disease, a poor carbon choice can exacerbate this issue. If you want a carbon for a reactor, I would recommend an excellent one from another site. However, if you want a pre-bagged, high quality product, this covers your carbon and GFO needs very well. Boyd's vitamins are also excellent and highly recommended.

Had to throw away

Great value for my BioCube 32. I put a new one in once a month. You should rinse it more often though since it traps a lot of sediment.

Wish they didn’t come wet and could be a bit cheaper for the bulk pack

This is an incredible product! Will not stop using it, I am glad I found this.

Ordered and the first order was dry full of mold or something it came brown when it shouldn’t so sent it back and got a replacement and the replacement one package was good and the other package was brown again I give up not buying again
