Power Rangers Super Megaforce - Deluxe Legendary Morpher (Discontinued by manufacturer)

So, here I am, 2 years later at the time of the date of this review. (2014-2016)The Legendary Morpher was, at the time, one of my top Must Haves from Power Rangers: Super Megaforce, and it's toyline as a whole. When I got it, I HAD to have it because this was not in time for the respective anniversary year as the overall franchise. What I loved about it is the functicality of inserting every Ranger key of each team of Power Rangers from the last 20 years (MMPR to Megaforce - at the time). When you and anyone in the fandom bought this, the packaging for it comes with the morpher, a test key and 2 Red Ranger keys comprising of a default Super Megaforce one and a Mighty Morphin one made exclusively from the Morpher release where in which it's legs on the other are vastly different from the Key Pack releases later on. When you insert any Ranger key, here's how it goes.- When you insert the Test Key, you get default sounds for Ranger Keys from past Legendary teams (i.e: "Time Force", "Lost Galaxy").- When you insert the Super Megaforce Keys, each Ranger key comes with a Zord phrase (i.e: Blue Ranger's "Super Mega Jet") and respective color call.- When you insert Keys of Power Rangers from the past (including Megaforce), you get the Team name and the "Go Go Power Rangers" communicator beep tune later heard in most of the Legacy toys for Mighty Morphin like the Legacy Power Morpher (also later for the Legacy 1995 Movie line for it's array of Morphers).- When we had special Con events PR related or misc., there are special sounds made exclusively for those sets, most notably the PMC 4 pack compraising of the Titanium and Wolf Rangers from Lightspeed Rescue and Jungle Fury respectively. You insert those, you get "POWER MORPHICON" as that special phrase. (P.S.: I never went to that year's Morphicon, I knew this by knowledge).- The SDCC exclusive MMPR key pack (rare now as of 2016) as it's special sound too. Once after inserting the Pink, Black, Blue, Green, Yellow, and White keys, the Red MMPR key gives out the most powerful secret sound: Gosei bellowing "GO GO POWER RANGERS!" and boy did that shocked in delight?!I like Gosei's voice on this morpher toy than on the Gosei Morpher itself. It was just that show accurate.Overall, I glad I got it two years ago. But since SMF is long over and so is the 20th Anniversary, fans are still filled with hatred for the season since it was very very disappointing. The toy, however, was fine for what it was but we know, for sake of Gokaiger purists, the Gokai Moberite toy in Japan was indeed better than our so-called "LEGENDARY" morpher. *sigh*.2016 UPDATE: I recently 11 months ago moved to an apartment. When I packed all of my general belongings in boxes, including all my things Power Rangers, my Legendary Morpher's sound chip for key inserts is hereby now broken for no reason. It will take me another 2 years to get another one like these so by that time, I'll have the final Ranger Keys that came out this year.

ok first the plusits a really cool toy for the young or young at heartcollecting complete sets of rangers will from what the box states will unlock different sound effects but since so far only there are 3 keys that im aware of (red super mega force, red MMPR. included and Blue super mega force with the saber toy) that has yet to be seennow the negits not as nice as the sentai counterpart at allthe keys wont work between the rangers or the sentaithere are as of this writing and part of the product discreption about 60 keys vs the sentai version which is well over 200if your like me and didn't like the fact that on the megaforce series hearing Gosei saying everything then your in for a major headache cause that is the voice that gets called off to each different keyalso the keys them selves are literally the size of real keys so they can be lost or to the young a chance to be swallowed keep that in mind if your giving this as a toy to anyone really under 6 the box says 4 and up but lets be real there.all in all its a nice toy but for true fans spend the extra money on the sentai counterpart since for 1 like I said before there are more then 200 keys for the sentai mobirate and as of now only Aprox 60 for super mega force (mainly the boy colors, Red, Blue, Black, Green with the exception of Super Mega Force itself which should have all 6 ranger keys)

My 6 year old said it was his best Christmas present. He loved it!

This not only has cool sounds, but when it got delivered a few hours earlier than expected, it arrived at 7:36 and it was awesome! The toy had some scratches, but it worked like it was brand new, and the sound chip wasn't knocked loose by the shipping (surprisingly).

My grandson wanted this for Christmas, and I located on amazon. It looks like to me, it should cost about $5 or $10, but he loved it. It’s almost the end of January, and it still works, so I’m happy and so is he!!! :)

I ordered this for my 5 year old's birthday a month ago, so far so good as the actual morpher goes. It has withstood a lot of use and being dropped or accidentally thrown over and over (he gets excited when he's morphing and it flies out of his hands sometimes) it still works perfectly. The keys that came with it however haven't fared as well. The mighty morphin key has some hairline cracks around the middle section and the mega force key had to be discarded, it snapped right in two. The damage occurred from turning the key within the morpher, it takes a considerable amount of force to do so and the plastic of the keys does not hold up well to constant use. The toy and the keys haven't been misused as far as five year old use. He loves to play with this toy and it gets constant attention. He never throws or abuses the toy on purpose and cries when it slips out of his hand, he treats the keys surprisingly gently, it gets normal constant child use. The morpher I give 5 stars and the keys I give 2, they need to reinforce them with an alloy or something more substantial, especially for use by active (constantly "morphing") children and considering how hard it is to turn the keys. The broken key has broken his heart. The morpher itself is an excellent and durable toy. I'm going to be investing a lot more in keys than I want though.

We may have to take out a second mortgage to pay for all of this PR stuff, but at least the 7 year old boy in the house is happy. He loves this thing - which is great, because he’s going to have to play with it (and the extra dang key things I had to buy to go with it) until at least college.

Per quello che costa non è nulla di che, una delle chiavi al primo uso si è già allentata e non chiude più bene, i tempi di consegna poi lunghissimi con un costo di spedizione di 20,00 € più di un mese. Non la consiglio!

My grandson was very happy with it but I think it was too expensive for yet another gadget!But, it made him very happy and he is still enjoying it!
