Perfect fit
A perfect fit for a Ruger LCP. This was exactly what I wanted for pocket carry.

PERFECT!
I read all the reviews for this pocket holster and most of them were very positive. It fits my LCP amazing well and provides just the right amount of retention to hold the weapon in the pocket and still allow for rapid deployment if necessary. It does require a larger size pocket to completely cover and contain the holster and pistol, but most jeans rear pockets are plenty large enough to conceal the combination. I do have a DeSantis Nemesis holster that I use for front pocket carry in cargo pants or shorts, but this is the perfect holster for a rear pocket in most jeans or slacks. One thought to consider, however. I did notice that this holster is offered in a light brown color. Generally, the micro 380 pistols that this holster is designed to hold have black handles for dark-pocket concealment (as does my LCP). The brown color might contrast with the darker handle in a (more shallow) back pocket and make the pistol more identifiable as a separate part of the holster to someone viewing the pocket from above as you walk by. For this reason, I ordered the black holster and am very pleased with that decision. This is a very quality product. I look forward to using it for years to come.

Update: Garbage!
I'm so disappointed. I bought a J&J that works great but has this annoying extra leather piece towards the top that is unnecessary and adds unwanted thickness. I was excited to find this because it doesn't have it...but it doesn't fit.I had to force it in and still had over a half inch left to go with the trigger still exposed. It was actually forcing the slide back. And trying to remove the gun took a Herculean effort. And yes, I read the instructions. Unload the firearm and curl the edges? Or "blocking". My personal favorite. Wrap the firearm in a plastic bag, insert it and leave it overnight. This should stretch the leather. WTF? I can't insert it without a plastic bag! And finally, leather conditioner. This worked wonders on my J&J. But here's the trick, once I've done that...do you think I can still return it? Nope. And at least my J&J fit before conditioning. It was just too rigid. Conditioning does not equal stretching. And even if by some miracle it did, I do not doubt that this is so snug a fit that the entire holster would come out of my pocket if I should ever be unlucky enough to have to draw and defend myself.Seriously Talon, I was so excited to see this. And now I feel like a child that just found out Santa isn't real.I still love the design and will probably now shop for a larger model that might actually fit a Glock 43. But this shouldn't have to be this difficult.Update:I really love the look of this holster and decided to follow the "blocking" instructions to stretch it and make it fit. Absurd. Used the plastic bag untouched as instructed. Barely a noticeable difference. So I started using more quart size zipper bags. Finally ended up with 5 zipper bags PLUS the bag it came in and that seems to have done the trick over several days. Still a bit too snug but useable. I feel comfortable now that with leather conditioner and one more blocking overnight it should be fine. Still doesn't fully cover the trigger guard but its enough. But one thing I know for certain...It should NOT have to be this difficult. I don't know if they accidentally switched the measurements from inches to centimeters but I do know there is no way this holster needs to be this tight and have to go through this many steps just to be useable. Maybe they mislabeled and sent me 1 for a .380. But I doubt it. Seriously Talon, I have to assume by my experience and the many negative reviews you've received that you have to know something isn't right. I strongly recommend you review your design. Should lead to less returns as you almost got from me. One thing for certain, I will not be buying anymore of your holsters no matter the material. Sad :(Update#2:Even after another conditioning and blocking it still draws rough. Beautiful holster but not worth the hassle. Ordered a DeSantis Superfly and man do I feel stupid. Same tablet appearance in my pocket with an easy draw and no break in. No need to run over it with a bulldozer 52 times to break it in. Stays in the pocket with every draw. And $20 cheaper.

Perfect Cargo Pocket Holster
I bought this holster for my Sig P-938. The holster is very well constructed with heavy leather and double stitching throughout. Out of the box, this holster will be very tight. Follow the manufacturers instructions and spend a little time molding it to your gun and it will fit like a custom glove. The holster stays in your pocket when you draw, and releases the gun smoothly. The thick leather backing minimizes printing & fits cargo pockets perfectly.

Great holster for Ruger LCP; examine pistol orientation you want though
Form fit exactly to the pistol. Good quality ***real*** leather that's exactly the right thickness. Designed by cops and it works as advertised. Still you need to draw with strong hand, grab top with weak hand and reposition (or rack slide if you carry Israeli style) it in the strong hand. Holster stays in pocket, your hand slides in between pistol and backing. It does not print. Very satisfied. Now i'm looking for a magazine holster to match.================Update. After carrying this rig for a couple of months, i think more thought needs to go into exactly how you'll carry it.I bought RH holster. In Rt rear pocket (intended location per description), it's an awkward draw, as your palm has to be to the inside, facing body. A better draw would be (from same pocket) with the palm out. This is very close to the "FBI Carry" or 5:00 carry. The palm faces away from the body and the draw is easier. Of course you can orient the holster the opposite way to achieve this, but it gives up a bit in the no printing department. So then i moved the rig to left rear pocket as a backup location. This balances the weight between primary (RH) and backup carries. It's actually an easier draw because only your thumb has to separate the hoster from the pistol (rather then inserting 3 fingers).I'm using the holster designed to accommodate CT laser, but have not mounted it yet.So, bottom line recommendations: Buy the RH holster for left rear carry or LH holster for right rear carry. Put it on the opposite side from your primary CCW. This rig is easy to carry, and that means it's always on. Comefortable enough to even wear around the house.
