I tried many sleep ais and there is truly nothing like this. I admit I double the recommended dosage (10 sprays recommended and I take 20). I heard about this from shark tank

I have been taking Melatonin for some time in tablet ...
I have been taking Melatonin for some time in tablet form. This product did not help me sleep nearly as well as the Melatonin that has a two-layer delivery.
