A little stiff to move at first but the leather softened and it is good. Very happy.

I had originally ordered this recliner for my husband. After receiving it, we quickly assessed it was better suited for me. I am a smaller frame and my husband a larger frame. This recliner is not intended for anyone over the weight of 180 lbs. Although, it can probably withstand the actual weight...the size of the chair is not large enough. Having said that...it is solid and comfortable. It does support with firm support. I am hopeful it will eventually form to my frame and become more comfortable. But, it rocks well, swivels well, hard to believe this is leather (for the price) - it is soft and seems durable. A rich brown color... and well made. I am pleased with the recliner itself. The heat and massage functions, could be a bit more intense. it's hard to actually feel and get a good massage out of the chair. I don't really keep it plugged in, the heat is mildly warm. But, for a swivel recliner...GREAT! The cost far surpasses the massage/heat capabilities. The extension with the chair in reclining position is wonderful. You are not able to rock while reclined...but, I can easily look passed that. Bottom line: Comfortable and worth it.

Terrible customer service. I bought this for my aging parents and they were not able get out of the chairs. They refuse to refund the charges in full. DONT BUY from this company

The part that raises the legs constantly gets stuck. So last night I kept trying to get it to pop open and the back of the chair broke. This chair is very cheaply made. Do yourself a favor and find a chair that will not break when you try to lift the legs. What a shame. I doubt they will replace or refund.

We received this damaged, so we didn't assemble it and we don't know if it's comfortable or very sturdy. I've been waiting 4 days for a response from the return department.

Love the heat and vibration. Very easy to put together. I dislike the recliner leg support it is a little short. Over all love the chair.
