Hawk and Alex make an interesting mix of talent and resolve. The storyline is good and the characters and their interface make this an excellent read

Patterson really keeps you on the edge of the seat. Brady and Alex get into one scrape after another. Good read

I liked the two main characters and their adventures, although the premise of their backer, a US Senator, is a little hokey. Like he can meet with his operatives and nobody recognizes him. And it appears this secret organization and these two secret operatives are known by almost everyone in the intelligence field. Come on both cases are so unlikely. Otherwise I find the reading entertaining.

Pretty good action but too much filler rhetoric. Hawk is harder to kill than Casca. If you can check your "believability" meter at the door it is a good time passer.

The theme was excellent choice! From the beginning to end. the focus is on the same thing but you have to read the books to find out!

Good read. Exciting and totally unrealistic. James Bond, move over! It this series was a western, the hero would tip his hat to the lady, kiss his horse and ride off into the sunset.

I just found another great author in R.J. Patterson. I recently was gifted 3 books to read and they all took off like a shot in the dark. Kept me reading all day long and now I've got to download more of his/her books to keep the thrill going. Can't wait to read more in the next adventure.

The main characters in this series are strong and always moving. I have finished book six and it still has me interested enough to buy the next 3. Fast paced adventure, murder and mayhem will keep you up at night.

Good if you like conspiracies, Hawk makes a great hero, good beach read or lazy day, lots of action from the beginning

I "devour" books! If not for my joining ebooks, I'd be broke many times over!
