Handmade in the UK. Pre-portioned into 12 slices for ease fo serving and to provide better potion control. - To defrost remove all packaging and refrigerate for 12 hours for the whole cheesecake or for 2-3 hours per portion. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours.
