Solid 10G connection. One of these costs what 10 of lesser quality (cat 7) cost. However, where this one has been solid performance, the others failed. I would buy it again if I only need 1 port but probably would look elsewhere for higher quantities. $20 for a single port is just too steep

After using this to replace one of those super cheap generic couplers, it's clear this is worth the price. It fits very snugly with the RJ45 connector. Looking into the thing, it seems like it doesn't use a PCB board like the cheap ones, but rather is indeed just metal contacts that directly connect from one side to the other.

I needed to extend a FTP cat 5 PoE 802.3af with another 30ft section to an outdoor unit.This does the job for a plug in solution without signal / power loss.

Did exactly what they need to do. In my case, the wall I was installing this on only had 2 ½” in between the drywall. This product did what I needed.

Exactly as it looks. I like the metal clips better than the plastic ones on most keystone jacks.

Fits quite well in wall plates when using shielded Ethernet cables. Quality is good and locks securely into plates and fittings.

Cat6A is really robust cable and its not easy to bend at tight angles, the best solution is to use something like this which is also shielded. Great for what I needed it for!
