Included a before and after picture.Works great for the money and convenience. The directions specifically say not to wax the same area twice. So don't do that. The directions also say to apply a paper thin amount at a time. Any issues people have are probably due to not following these directions.The wax in the tube cools quickly, so heating before each application is best...it allows for a smoother spread and it will cool a little slower; giving you time to apply the cotton strip before it dries. Also, using a blow drier is better than water, as it can heat the wax that's up inside the tip of the pen easier. (You heat with tip pointed up, and water can't reach it) I use my hair straightener.The pen is nice for precision.Only con is that the cooling/drying time is so fast, that you really do need to work one tiny section at a time. Otherwise you end up leaving hair behind, and you can't wax over it again...or else risk peeling off skin.Helps to have an eyebrow comb/brush while separating hairs.I used each cotton strip 4 times. Just rotated and flipped.

I’ve been waxing for over a decade. I use this brand for my legs. I have noticed the quality has been decreasing late. Nevertheless, decided to try this product for the face – the applicator seems like a great idea. First time using it, it took over 10 minutes and several refills of hot, nearly boiling water, for the wax to warm up enough. I tried with a very thin application of wax, and then tried ever increasingly sicker applications. The wax stuck to my skin just fine, but did not remove the unwanted hair. I ended up plucking in the end, and had to use the included oil to remove the wax for my face. Would not recommend.

I have reached the part of quarantine where the eye brows are horrendous and I needed to do something. Didn’t want to spend a lot of money seeing I always get them professionally done. For the money, it worked. It includes strips and the oil. Didn’t grab every hair but got the bulk out to shape it. Only real problem I had, was the wax gets cold a lot. I had to heat it up 4 times during the process. So defiantly keep a blow dryer next to your vanity.

During the pandemic I was not able to get my eyebrows done for almost 2 months now. So I thought I would try this out. I had someone in my household do it for me and it honestly did the job! I would definitely recommend this pen wax for small areas. At first it was hard to get out but we let it sit longer in the water and then it was perfect!

This is surprisingly difficult to use and i would NOT recommend it at all. Also there is barely any wax so really not worth the money. All of their other products come with smaller sticks to do your eyebrows. It's easier, more user friendly and only twice the price for easily 4-5 times the product. I would recommend their warm wax or organic wax (the organic is washable which is great if you get any on your clothes or the floor, which of course i did). Both are way better of a product. Would also recommend buying the warmer, honestly it changed my wax experience. Didn't have to keep stopping and warming it in the microwave. All of them cool surprising fast. Also i am a beginner, if that helps but with the other products i did my legs first and by the end i felt like a pro. Also waxing my delicate bits was easy and i wasn't scared after all the practice on my legs. So i would recommend anyone who wants to try at home wax to start with legs. But please do not waste your money on this product!

I just bought this to use on my brows. I have lots of baby fine blonde hairs underneath, between my brow and my eyelid. I put the tube in a glass of very hot tap water. It was easy and the hair came away. BUT, WARNING: don’t get carried away and start dabbing over areas you’ve already done. I did and suddenly notice I was bleeding just a tiny bit. I decided I better stop there for the night. My plan is to do small sections, a little at time for a few days to make sure I don’t over do it and take too much. I recommend actually drawing a ‘don’t go past this line’ along your arch with a sharp black eyeliner. It’s easy to lose perspective when working on yourself, especially with a magnifying mirror.

After so much anticipation and excitement after ordering this product, I was left extremely disappointed. I saw good reviews but also bad ones for this product, unfortunately all the bad ones were correct in my experience with it. The wax is sticky, never really solidifies, it does not adhere to the paper to actually remove any hair. It has the consistency and feel of honey. I tried several times, I followed all the rules. I even used different paper to try and successfully remove the “wax”. I used a hair dryer to warm the wax pen, I used hot water, warm water. Every time I was left with furry sticky eyebrows. Was so looking forward to this being my secret weapon during this pandemic to keep my eyebrows in shape and avoiding unnecessary exposure, nope! Maybe I received a bad batch? Who knows, I’m just sad and frustrated that this product did nothing for me.

I don’t usually write reviews but I was surprised how well this works!!! I love it. I wish they have bigger size for the gel but anyway It just arrived today and I just used it. I was gonna but some more but unfortunately its currently unavailable now. Hope they’ll be back on stock soon. I can’t wait to put my order for more.

Bought this on whim because I’d not had chance to go see the threading lady…. Low expectations but blown away that this was a) easy to use and b) grabbed the hairs with very little tenderness or irritation. Suitably impressed and would buy again!

The people saying this doesn't work are wrong - this product works fine, you warm it up with a hair dryer or boiling/hot water and its amazing.

As the title says, it not only removed the hair but also my skin. Very painful and very inconvenient to have happen to my face. Annoyed that it will take a while to heal and will be unsightly in the mean time. I really wish the Veet precision facial wax kit was still in production, because it was 1000x better than this garbage.

Liked the idea of precision application as my eyebrows are thick and bushy. AndOn the box it says corse hair. Applied the wax and was shocked to see not one hair had been removed? The wax strips aren't proper wax strips as they're like see through paper and also the oil included leaked all over my box. Do not buy.

Quite small quantity, does need some warming before use (had to leave it in hot water as it came far to thick to apply.) I have very sensitive skin and did not get much reaction from this, slightly tingly but no marks or redness as I often get. I still wouldn't reccomend this, it was quite awkward to apply, very sticky and did not take off hairs as well as other products I've tried.
