This product works the way it was described. I originally bought this item as a joke, but found it is pretty handy for long car rides. It fits different shapes of sauce packets and they stay pretty secure for use. I recommend their use for keeping a clean car, it helps prevent unwanted spills. I do not recommend to use while driving because item can take your attention off the road while leaning over to use. All in all, happy with the item.

Holds dip fine, white cup is loose so it can wobble on you. Doesn’t clip very snug to the air vent.
